Madison coordinated my son's wedding & I can't say enough of how organized she was. After we originally booked the vendors, she took over & coordinated everything & the result was a wonderful & stress free wedding ceremony & reception. Our pre-wedding zoom calls were handled with professionalism & we always felt like she had everything under control. I appreciated her calm & confident personality. She was quick to respond to questions & take action. Highly recommend her & her team!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Madison and her team! From start to finish, they were absolutely fantastic. Every detail of our day was handled with care, precision, and calm professionalism. Madison made sure everything ran smoothly, and any little issue that popped up was fixed immediately—sometimes before we even noticed it was a problem!
Her presence gave us such peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our wedding day without stress. She was organized, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. Sarah and her team are incredible! From the moment I had my first initial call with her, I just knew she was the right planner for us. She understood my vision perfectly and always provided additional ideas, thoughts, etc. to make the day come to life. She was always accessible whenever we had questions or needed to talk through the process. Everything was so thorough and well thought out! Everyone always told me something will likely go wrong on your wedding day, but with Sarah, nothing went wrong and the evening was a dream come true!
Sarah and her Styled In White team did an amazing job on our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding from the very first details meeting to the final wrap of the reception. I can honestly say, they did the heavy lifting which allowed us parents as well as the bride & groom to cherish each and every moment and memory. It surpassed our expectations! Sarah is very sweet, calm, organized, budget-conscious, experienced, has great rapport with vendors, and is just a real pro. We utilized her full-service planning and got exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend Styled In White!
We really cannot thank the Styled in White team enough for the work they put into our wedding day. We did their Wedding Day Management package and from our very first consultation call with Sarah, to our wedding day with our lead coordinator, Rachael, it was a dream!!! Starting at 6 weeks out, they took over all communication with our vendors and made sure that the wedding day was going to run smoothly and that we could enjoy the last few weeks of our engagement. We met with Rachael regularly leading up to the wedding day and she was super quick to answer any questions or handle any concerns I had in between calls as well. I do not think my wedding day could have been the perfect day it was without the Styled in White team.

We used Styled in White for their wedding day management services and we were so incredibly pleased. Liz was our lead coordinator and she went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted, as well as ensuring it was stress free. She did not miss a single detail, along with her assistant. Not only was Liz amazing at her job, she was kind, patient, compassionate, and supportive through the entire planning process. She genuinely wanted us to have the most special day. I could not recommend their Styled in White enough!
Oh my goodness! Sarah with Styled in White is absolutely amazing!!!! I wish I could go back and relive my wedding day. Everything looked so amazing with the custom build, florals, venue, cake, chandeliers and disco balls hanging from the ceiling, DJ, and all other things. Absolutely amazing! Sarah had answered any emails or text right away. She is so kindhearted and an amazing person overall. Every zoom call and in person meeting have been so amazing with her! She absolutely made our dream wedding come true. She saw our vision right away and had some of the coolest ideas! I would refer her to anyone who is getting married! Thank you Sarah from the bottom of our heart for all your hard work and overall being so kind and pleasant to work with. You are AMAZING!!!
Hiring Sarah to be our full time wedding planner was the best decision we could’ve made. She made the wedding planning process so much more fun and not as stressful. Her expertise and connections with vendors made me feel so confident about who we were going with for our vendors. She truly cares about every person she works with and it showed!
