It involved transforming the facilities for use as a hotel while also complying with the strict regulations of a building declared a Site of Cultural Interest and listed as a National Monument. Located within a Protected Natural Area, Cap Rocat blends beautifully with the landscape. It has been completely renovated by Antonio Obradorwith great respect for its unique architecture and natural surroundings. A project recognized, among other awards, with the Europa Nostra Prize.
