Absolutely loved the photos and had so much fun during our session!
From the moment she arrived, Sami brought a sense of calm, warmth, and pure passion for her craft. She handled every challenge—including the unpredictable weather—better than I did, adapting effortlessly and making sure we never lost sight of the joy in our day. She was not just accommodating but genuinely invested in capturing every moment as beautifully and authentically as possible.
Her kindness was felt in every interaction, her direction was gentle yet confident, and her ability to capture emotion was beyond anything we could have hoped for. She made us feel comfortable, seen, and celebrated. Sami made us feel so comfortable through the whole process from our first meeting to our engagement session to our big day! She puts in 110% effort and captured our relationship and personalities perfectly. We wish we could relive our day over and over and we would pick Sami every time.

While I believe Sami Sogge is hands down the best photographer in NE, she is so much more than a photographer. She is talented, kind, and goes above and beyond. She connects with her clients on such a level that it’s as if you have an automatic friend once booking with her. She has become a person in our lives we will forever cheer on. From taking our 1st anniversary photos to our wedding day, Sami has captured all the moments I had been dreaming of since I was a little girl. Book with Sami if you want to capture “soulful storytelling” to look back on for the rest of your life.
Sami took our engagement and wedding photos in April 2022 and we could not have been happier with the results! She listened to all of our requests and over delivered. She was so fun to work with and creative, my husband is so shy and she got him to come out of his shell. I would book her again in a heartbeat!
Sami is the absolute best!!! She’s taken so many photos for me + people I know for the past few years and I can honestly say there’s nobody better than her. She cares about her clients & that shows through the photos she takes. You won’t regret booking with the most kind and thoughtful photographer out there!
I was lucky enough to find Sami through a random google search when planning for our wedding almost 3 years ago. I had no idea it would literally change my freaking life (sounds dramatic but SO serious). Sami knocked our engagement and wedding photography out of the park. She was a constant presence of fun and calm on a day that we needed it most. Since then, we have been lucky to build the most amazing friendship with her & she’s gone on to capture so many huge life moments for us. She’s truly become part of our family and the memories she has captured will decorate our house and hearts forever. 12/10 recommend
