Joie is an amazing and talented photographer. She really knows how to capture her clients story. I have had the pleasure in working with her for many projects and weddings. I highly recommend her to all that are looking for a photographer that can capture your story and memories in a dreamy way.
Joie was so sweet and we ended up with the most beautiful wedding photos despite us being awkward and not photogenic people! We had a really small wedding, so she basically became our photographer, maid of honor, and wedding coordinator all rolled into one! My family also loved her and thanked me for hiring such an awesome photographer.
My wife and I had to postpone our wedding as a result of COVID and also we had to secure a new venue as the venue that we had booked previously had family issues and as a result, they had to sell said venue. But, Joie was more than willing to accommodate us and she was so amazing to work with! On top of the amazing pictures that she took, my wife and I had wardrobe malfunctions, but Joie took the lead and she fixed them for us. :) We would recommend Joie to everyone and anyone who is seeking fantastic photographers for their wedding. Thank you so much, Joie for being such a joy at the wedding. :)
Joie was an absolute delight to work with as me and my husband’s wedding photographer! We had initially hired her after seeing how beautiful her photos were and she was able to customize a package for us that worked within our needs and budget. We had first hired her to photograph our wedding at a different venue, however due to Covid, we had a few changes which resulted in us getting married elsewhere. Through all
The changes she was so flexible, patient, and understanding. Because of our many date changes, she was booked up for our final date but had an assistant come out to photograph our wedding in Big Sur and even her assistant was amazing! All around such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be hiring her again for any photos in the future! Thank you Joie!

When we came across Joie in March while we were at the early stages of our wedding planning, we found with our phone conversation with her a lot of warmth in her voice and just how easy she was to get along with. She had great questions for us which I found very impressive! When we met for the first time to tour our chosen venue, I was so impressed again with how she took the reins and made great suggestions on where we could take pics. I could tell she was quick on her feet and it only cemented my confidence in hiring her. Come wedding day, she continued to impress us with her being able to capture all of the right moments and also coordinate with the other vendors and make quick last minute changes. She was prepared and had all of the right equipment. I am a former wedding photographer myself, so I could tell she had the chops to get it done right :) And, with the results now in our hands, Joie gave me the last and final impression of smiles, laughter, and happy tears after looking them over. Joie is truly a "joy" to work with and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you for all of your hard work and getting priceless moments that we'll cherish for many years to come!

Like many couples in 2020, my husband and I embraced the intimate backyard wedding to begin our newlywed lives together. With deposits made and a new date in place for our anniversary celebration (after postponing many times), it was a true relief knowing Joie was on our vendor team. Joie was a consistent, dependable, & available vendor we knew would take care of us leading up to & on our special day. Her eye for capturing the sweetest moments, special details & long lasting memories is truly a gift to be treasured forever! Joie managed our timeline perfectly, ensuring everything we envisioned for our day was captured by her & experienced by us. Joie is a phenomenal photographer, you can't believe some of the candid shots she got, they will be treasured forever. She was reasonably priced, the consummate professional and very flexible with our crazy schedule. She responded quickly, was open to any and all ideas and had several amazing ones of her own. I would recommend Joie to anyone. Her editing skills are on point, and she kept in touch with us through the process so we didn't get antsy waiting for our photos. She has an incredible eye for detail. I would hire her again and again!
