The Méditerranée team of Potel et Chabot was the caterer for our wedding in Nice and we were extremely happy with experience! Sylvain was our contact at Potel and he really made the experience for us. From the outset, we were choosing between a few caterers and Potel stood out as being the most luxurious both in terms of the experience they could deliver on our wedding day and in terms of the service they could provide during the planning process. Sylvain was extremely responsive to all of our concerns throughout the process. When we decided we’d changed our minds about the napkin selection, he was very helpful in getting samples and showing us other choices. When we asked for solutions regarding miscellaneous items like hanging jackets or handling chairs, he was always willing to help us get to a solution. Working with Potel and Sylvain was just extremely easy and fluid, and it made the whole wedding planning process (which is hectic!) that much easier.
On our wedding day, Potel’s execution was top notch! Many of our guests commented to us how wonderful the food was, and they loved the smoking effect that Potel was able to do with our appetizer. Sylvain also went out of his way to make the experience a bit more personal for us, bringing us champagne after our ceremony and making sure we were served canapés during the hustle and bustle of the cocktail hour. He even included a really thoughtful surprise for us!
Having Potel cater our wedding really helped to elevate the experience at our wedding and we are incredibly grateful for all the amazing work that Sylvain and his team did to make it happen for us! We could not recommend them enough!
