Terry executed an excellent wedding day for us. Everything went down without a hitch! All the vendors she chose, etc., were the best in the business! People have told me this was the best wedding they had ever been to. Thanks Terry!
From the very beginning, over the course of 11 months, Terry Kaye and her team made us feel at ease. Whenever we had questions, Terry provided perfect answers that aligned with our budget and vision. It was incredibly reassuring to have someone as experienced as Terry to bounce ideas off, knowing she understood what would look good and work well.

Kelsey (main coordinator) and Sophia (assistant) with Terry Kaye Events is one of the best decision we made! Our wedding went so smoothly! From day one til the big day, both Terry and Kelsey were very responsive to emails and are always willing to help. When I met Kelsey, I knew right away I don’t have to worry about a single thing during my wedding day. She made sure everything was according to plan. She is a wonder woman and my superhero. She saved us from a lot of stress and headaches. I don’t know how she does what she does, but she sure excels at it! Thank you so much Kelsey, Sophia, and Terry!

Terry Kaye is an expert wedding planner. She has vast experience in event planning of all kinds. She is very connected to vendors in DC and Virginia. She trains vendors and other planners in her craft. Our daughter's wedding was everything that she and her groom wanted, because of Terry's great advice and expert planning. Her timeline for the wedding day was so detailed. Her guidance and coordination during the wedding day was top knotch. She is very easy and fun to talk with, very responsive throughout the planning process, very flexible, and so very professional. Hire her immediately!
Terry and her team are the best of the best! We had a large wedding in October of 2023 and Terry made all of our dreams come true. We had a lot of moving parts during our wedding day that made planning more difficult, but Terry and her team executed every detail perfectly. From our vendor team to sticking to our timeline, we owe it all to her! She is organized, passionate, driven, fun, and resourceful. We would recommend Terry Kaye Events over and over again!
Terry Kaye Events is AMAZING. When I met with Terry originally she made me feel so comfortable and I could tell that she really valued taking a lot of the burden off her brides and being a true liaison between me and my vendors. Our planner - Hannah, certainly did this but went above and beyond for us. She was a true friend in this process, helped me make decor decisions, made recommendations based on her experiences, and even stored rose petals personally for me so that they could stay refrigerated. On the day of my wedding I was completely stress-free and knew everything would be taken care of by Hannah and her team, and it was. They brought my vision to life and it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. The night went smooth and Hannah and her team packed everything up for us so that my husband and I could truly enjoy our wedding night. You will not regret booking Terry Kaye Events and I would personally request Hannah!!!
BEST. DECISION. EVER. Hannah was the absolute best! She went above and beyond for us and was extremely organized. She was everything that I would have wanted in a coordinator. I trusted her more than I trusted myself in making decisions for our day. It was more than we could have ever asked for. I am actually sad that I don't get to keep working with her since the wedding is over!!
Terry is truly one of the best in the business! She is incredibly knowledgable about the industry, is incredibly communicative and really strives to serve all of her couples with the best wedding experience possible!
