Wow, where do I even start? Michele, Debby, and their amazing team were just phenomenal! From the very first chat about our wedding, I felt like I was in the best hands possible. Seriously, planning a wedding can be super stressful, but these ladies made it feel like a walk in the park.
Michele was like my wedding fairy godmother! She listened to all my crazy ideas and dreams and helped me figure out how to make them a reality. Debby is like the organizational wizard of the group—she kept everything on track and made sure I didn’t lose my mind with all the details. They took all the stress off my shoulders right from the start.
When it came time for the big day, I was just blown away! They created the most spectacular space for us and our guests. It was like stepping into a dream! Every little detail was just perfect, and the atmosphere was magical.
On the day of the wedding, I was able to just relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. Michele, Debby and their team were working their magic behind the scenes, making sure everything went off without a hitch. I honestly can’t thank them enough for everything they did.

I had an amazing experience with Event Planning DC! They were always available to answer our questions and made sure that no detail was overlooked. I was blown away with the final result and was able to be fully present and stress-free on my big day because they handled everything. The event went off without a hitch, even with the sudden pivot to our "plan B" because of rain. I cannot recommend them enough!
Michele and her team were terrific! They handled all the behind the scenes planning and logistics and made the whole day run smoothly. From the big things like coordinating with vendors/transportation to the little things like helping change into my after party dress. Couldn't have asked for a better wedding day experience!
My (now) husband and I live on the west coast, but wanted to get married in MD/VA area, where we both grew up. Michele and her staff made planning a wedding from 3,000 miles away so easy! Everything was taken care of, and the day-of was completely flawless, from the ceremony, to transportation, to the reception! The best decision we made regarding our wedding was to hire Event Planning DC. Our greatest regret was not hiring them before looking at and booking a venue! We interviewed several wedding planners, and Event Planning DC made the groom feel comfortable to be involved as much as he wanted to be. From contracts, handling guests, day-of coordination, and all the beautiful details, Michele, Debby, and Juliet made our special day even more special. We’ve told all of our engaged friends that they are worth every single penny. They became good friends and gave great advice, especially when we struggled to vocalize our vision. Michele knows the DMV music scene in and out, and helped guide us to a band that would have our guests dancing all night — exactly what we wanted! They made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. They worked with us every single step of the way to make sure our special day was exactly what we envisioned. If any little thing went wrong on our wedding day, we still don’t have any clue about it because they were on top of everything! We could not have asked for better wedding planning, and we are grateful beyond words for their expertise. Truly the best decision we made!
