29 years I'm Jess and and I created Sassafras around 15 years ago. Having been in the industry for 29 years, I’ve worked on countless weddings and events and I’ve honed a style that is abundant, generous and utterly romantic. I specialise in large and upscale wedding floral design in the Yarra Valley, Melbourne. I love diving deep into the details that bring wedding flower design to life and am constantly amazed by the variety and nuances that we can bring out and showcase in different ways. When I'm not flowering or designing I am loving life with my husband Matt and our four children in the Hills, surrounded by forest and our ever growing menagerie of animals. I believe that not only can you not have too many flowers, but you can never have too much Cholula hot sauce on pizza.
