We reached out to Mariella less than 9 months before the wedding as we decided to get married on the beach on Fårö and wanted someone with lots of experience and great vendor relationships (although Florist had a bit of a challenge with my bridal bouquet as they were trying to match a specific picture i had put together with what it had to look like. Mariella, being the pro that she is. had her personal florist make me an exact replica of my wedding bouquet again so that I could have the exact replica of the picture I had envisioned which made my day!) to make our dream wedding weekend happen the way we envisioned it. Mariella jumped onboard with a very positive can do attitude and was not deterred by either the somewhat remote destination wedding vision we had or the shorter timeline we gave her. She had amazing ideas to supplement our vision and we felt like we were in excellent hands from Day 1. She is truly super detail oriented and she never missed 1 timeline in our wedding journey. She has a very calm, positive demeanor to steady the nerves of even the most nervous bride or mother of the bride. We loved all the vendors she brought to the table and most importantly she always had a Plan B or C in her back pocket. We were assigned 2 team members for the actual wedding weekend and that is the only thing I would have changed as I would have loved to have had Mariella also be present for the wedding weekend but she told us upfront that she was already committed to another wedding before we signed on which we totally understood. The 2 team members worked hard all 3 days to ensure that our wedding weekend went off as perfectly as it possibly could and like any wedding there were some things that went sideways but none of those things were noticed or impacted our guests and the only people who knew something unplanned happened was the Bride and Groom. Mariella should be your go to Wedding Planner whether you have a intimate 80 person 3 day weekend destination wedding like ours at Sudersand Beach or a 500 person traditional wedding. She is relentless in her strive for a perfect wedding for you as well as passionate as you want your Wedding Planner to be.

Mariella made our wedding weekend run smoothly and help us achieve what we had envisioned for our big day. Her experience and expertise was very helpful in planning everything such as choosing flowers, entertainment and the over all schedule for the day. We did not feel any stress during the wedding weekend and could fully focus on enjoying ourselves. A huge thank you to Mariella because it was all thanks to you.

Thanks to Mariella and her professional and very empathic support we had the wedding of our dreams. We couldn‘t have asked for anyone more suited for this! We (a couple from germany) wanted to marry on Gotland, just the two of us and our dog. Mariella took care of everything, since we have never been to Gotland and we would only arrive two days before our wedding. She guided us trough the whole process and when we had our appointment at the tax office, we got our wedding documents handed to us in less then 15min. It was smooth sailing from start to finish: from the hairdresser to the wedding location, to the flower shop and the hotel, to the photographer and the restaurants. We wanted to enjoy our wedding, to never worry about if we thought of everything. That is what Mariella did for us.
