Working with Sofia from Chancey Charms Weddings in Atlanta was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I decided for my wedding to only use a month of planner and really didn't know what to expect in terms of service level. Sofia blew all of my expectations out of the water. She not only went above and beyond for me leading up to and on my wedding day, but also took such great care of my family and bridal party. Her level of professionalism and execution was unmatched + she was really fun to work with! Do not hesitate to work with her should you get the chance!
Christine is an absolutely amazing wedding planner. She makes the process enjoyable even when the moments are stressful and she always has the answer to any issue that arises. I would and have recommended her to quite a few that have decided to use her services! She’s super communicative and I can tell she really cares about what’s important and that was really special to me.
I highly recommend Sofia Ocampo as a wedding coordinator. I was a vendor under Sofia's direction in a recent wedding and her attention to detail, organizational skills and warm personality make the wedding day experience enjoyable for guests, vendors and most importantly- the couple. Having a knowledgable coordinator is well worth the investment as you can actually enjoy your wedding day and know everything behind the scenes is being taken care of by Sofia. I cannot wait to work with her again in the future!
Ms. Jade and her team at J. Ladson weddings truly made my dream wedding come true! When I got engaged, I knew I wanted her to be my wedding planner, hands down. She made sure I had my tasks and made sure my mind was always at ease. When COVID hit and we had to move dates and find new vendors, she was a LIFESAVER! Anything I needed, she was willing to move mountains to make my day beautiful. I love her and her team forever and always!
As the senior sales manager of private events at the Atlanta History Center, I had the pleasure of working closely with Sofia Ocampo on a Hindu wedding. I was impressed with her calm presence, detail, and organization. As one of the largest properties in the city, coordinating anything here is not easy. Sofia did a fantastic job and I highly recommend her. She was pleasant to chat with, listens, and was very good at giving constructive feed back to the bride and family at the final walk through meeting. Here timeline was to the minute, and she held to it very well on the day of the event. Hindu weddings have a lot of components to them, and Sofia managed all of them with ease – I was impressed. Do not let her calm demeaner fool you. She took charge on the day of the wedding and ran a fabulous show composed of multiple vendors arriving at different times, wedding party scattered across the property for photos, a team of assistants to help, and more. I work with numerous planners, and would certainly hire Sofia.
I would absolutely recommend Sofia Ocampo as a day of coordinator. She genuinely enjoys locking down the details, setting the scene at your venue, and making sure all vendors are working in concert, and does it all with grace and calm. To say she is organized and detail-oriented would be correct but not strong enough- we were truly able to relax and just enjoy our day because we knew she was on top of everything, and ultimately that is the main reason we all look for help. My husband and I wanted an affordable daytime event that still felt upscale and formal, and Sofia definitely helped us achieve a day that was stress-free, well-paced, and enjoyable for all guests.
We had the most wonderful experience with Sofia Ocampo as our wedding coordinator. From the second she clocked in, she made our lives easier. She handled all of the communication with our vendors and was so on point in terms of asking all of the follow up questions that we wanted. The level of service that we received was much higher than what I expected to receive from a wedding coordinator. On our wedding day, she was constantly two steps ahead of us. She nailed every detail and allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. She is incredibly detail-oriented and takes charge when needed. I would recommend her 1000 times over to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
To all brides out there, if you are looking for a wedding planner, congratulations! You can stop now. I can tell you, without Sofia my wedding would have been a disaster! From the very first time we spoke to her, Sofia was professional, understanding, and she is very kind and SUPER organized!! She understood my vision and recommended all the amazing vendors which I am now friends with some of them! We were busy with life and she never fails to check in with us and made sure all the vendors understood their assignments at all times. I had a problem with the store that I purchased my wedding dress from and not only that she came with me to the store, she made sure the owner is there and made sure that they would have my dress ready on time. She goes wayyy above and wayyyy beyond! I am so grateful for her! On the day of my wedding, I didn’t have to worry about the timeline, the vendors, the decorations, she took care of all of that and all I needed to do was get excited and enjoy my wedding! I would hire her in a heartbeat over and over again! So if you want to have a stress free wedding, I would recommend that you have Sofia be your planner!
