18 years Hi! I'm Whitney. I founded XO Event Co. in 2019, just before my 30th birthday, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, driven by a desire to bring my unique approach to weddings and events. My journey in the wedding industry began in 2007 at David’s Bridal, where I discovered my love for helping couples prepare for one of the most important days of their lives. By 2010, I became an International Event and Wedding Planner through the QC School of Event and Wedding Planning. I’m passionate about diving into each couple’s vision and turning it into reality—a process that blends creativity with an undeniable knack for logistics. I’ve been called a "logistics nerd," and I’ll own that title with pride! Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for delivering outstanding service, earning dozens of five-star reviews from couples and vendors alike. My approach is rooted in communication, industry knowledge, and a dedication to learning from every experience—including a few lessons learned the hard way.
