We had an amazing experience with Olga as our wedding photographer. From the very beginning, she was a pleasure to communicate with—always patient and attentive. She took the time to understand our preferred style and the details of our wedding to ensure everything was captured perfectly.

During the shoot, Olga's eye for composition and angles was outstanding. She guided us with poses in a calm and helpful manner, making us feel at ease. The turnaround time for the photos was impressively quick, and we received a large number of beautifully edited images.

We also opted for a one-minute highlight video, and the result was beyond our expectations. The editing was incredible, making it feel like a cinematic masterpiece.

We are incredibly grateful to Olga for being a part of our wedding day and capturing our most cherished moments. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented and dedicated photographer.

Wow, where to start? Bettina is truly special. We interviewed with a few other elopement photographers prior to her and felt meh about them all. Once we had our video call with Bettina, we knew she was the one. She instantly made us feel comfortable and cared about getting to know us as a couple. She had great communication, she is organized, gave us great recommendations for other vendors and most importantly the photos came out perfect! She really captured elements that make up our relationship. We would chose Bettina over and over again! Support a local photographer- they know best.

She's a shooter that doesn't miss. From our first interactions with her over zoom calls we felt confident in our choice. When we spoke about our plans to be married at midnight on summer solstice, she didn't flinch. She began planning.
Before landing in Iceland she helped us get our things in order (cake, location suggestions, etc).

On the day of the ceremony she was everything things were needed her to be. She wore the hat of photographer, guide, emotional support and schedule enforcer. Her ability to improvise when weather gave us curve balls was a huge blessing.

Bettina is a miracle worker. We cannot say enough positive things about Bettina. From the very beginning, she was so helpful and flexible around our planning of the day. Her authenticity is her greatest strength. In the first meeting, her energy was captivating and had us completely convinced– she was warm, knowledgeable, and she made us laugh. We wanted to spend a day with someone who ‘got us’ and would let us be ourselves.

I spent hours researching photographers and elopement planning companies in Iceland and abroad to capture our adventure. We selected Bettina because her photos were enchanting–beautiful, but unique. We wanted shots that captured the essence of our love rather than stoic poses that looked staged.

Neither of us particularly enjoy being photographed and we knew it would be awkward and strange to have someone guiding us through all these poses. Bettina encouraged us to be ourselves: to laugh and play and be silly like we normally would. She gave brief instructions to enhance the photos, capturing moments of magic accentuating who we are.

In addition to supporting our organization with local vendors, Bettina scouted locations a few weeks in advance and provided us with images of the places we planned to go. In true Icelandic form, the weather changed completely and the landscape and background contrasted our original plan. Unbelievably, she adapted to this weather change that altered the photos from fall to winter seamlessly.

The weather on the day of our wedding was atrocious. It was exactly what you read about in Icelandic noir. When searching for potential locations in the area, we came across a husky dog sledding operator; this sparked ideas about how memorable and full of joy a husky adventure on our wedding day could be.

Bettina facilitated the perfect adventure. If you were to look at our photos, you would never know how cold we were, or how terrible the weather was. Somehow, our photos capture the beauty of nature instead of the misery. She took care of us to ensure we were warm, and that we had an enjoyable day. And even saved a surprise from a few of our photos.

Her vision for how a photo will look, the depth and angles, and her ability to capture moments when we stopped for a snack without any scouting are some of the most beautiful photos of the day. Her versatility to capture photos with playful huskies, Icelandic landscape and cityscape, our indoor ceremony, and the party is incredible. We could not be more grateful that Bettina captured our day– a total whirlwind, and luckily we have Bettina’s magic to remember it by.

From our first conversation to the day of to delivering our photos Bettina was fantastic. She was genuinely interested in learning about us and what we wanted from our special day.

We found Bettina through Instagram while we were planning our elopement to Iceland. We scheduled a zoom call to meet and discuss our plans. She was amazingly sweet and open minded. She had insight into location as well as connections to local vendors in the area. She was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. I say all that to basically say OUR PHOTOS ARE STUNNING. She was amazing from start to finish. Our guests loved her and commented on how hard she worked to get the shots and was overall so much fun to be around. I cannot say enough good things about Bettina. She will work her butt off to make your day about you and your partner and give you so many incredible, breathtaking photos to cherish forever. If you’re thinking about hiring her, do it! You won’t regret it.

Bettina's photography speaks for itself, she is talented beyond words. If you are anything like us, finding the right photographer was the most important thing on our list. Bettina was recomended to us by our videographer (I also highly recommend hiring them as a team) and I honestly feel like we got so lucky! Our wedding planner somehow didn't have either of them on their contact list and Bettina was not just taking the photos, she also helped plan our whole day(moreso than our actual wedding planner), and made sure our guests were organized for the ceremony. She was always responsive and very professional. Most importantly she is a geniune human being and is so fun to be around, which is what you want on your wedding day. We both were blown away by the over 600 pictures she delivered and could not be happier with the amount of candid moments she captured. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and I truly believe she is the best weddimg photographer on earth.
