16 years In the height of the economic crisis of 2009, Neillie Butler was left wondering what her future would hold after a lifetime climbing an uphill battle. As a child, she overcame learning challenges in school and then again as an adult when she beat three rounds of a rare soft tissue cancer while in college at The University of Alabama. After years spent in remission, Neillie used her last dollar to buy a computer from Sam’s Club which was the catalyst to Mariée Ami. The subsequent years were spent growing the business with a scrappy and resourceful mindset that put client service at the epicenter of the work while simultaneously nurturing the growth of each new team member.
