Choosing Lonney Jane Productions to plan our destination wedding in New Orleans was hands down the best decision we made! Coming from Chicago, we knew we’d need someone local to bring our dream wedding to life—and they absolutely delivered in every way imaginable. We connected immediately & Cj made us feel so excited about the idea of planning our wedding from so far away. We always hopped off our calls knowing we made the best decision to hire them for full-service planning.
From the beginning, they made the entire process stress-free. They were incredibly organized, always keeping us in the loop with regular updates and making sure every detail was handled, big or small. Planning a wedding from out of town can be intimidating, but their knowledge of the New Orleans wedding scene was unmatched. They connected us with incredible vendors we would have never found on our own, and their recommendations were always spot on to what we were looking for. They were ALL so incredibly welcoming and kind, too!
What stood out the most was how they brought the magic of New Orleans into every aspect of our wedding. From the design and decor down to the food and entertainment, everything had that special New Orleans flair we wanted all of our guests to experience. They even helped us come up with unique ideas to incorporate throughout that made our wedding feel so us.
When meeting them for the first time for our menu tasting, it felt like we had known each other for years. They have such a calm and confident presence that made you feel so at ease. On wedding day, everything was flawless. We were able to fully enjoy the moments with our friends and family without worrying about a thing. Cj & Dominick handled every detail with grace and precision, making sure the day flowed perfectly and that we could soak in all the joy. We were so sad to say goodbye at the end of the night after a year long, INCREDIBLE journey with them.

We had the best experience with Cj and Dom. We live in Chicago and got married in New Orleans and they helped us to find the most amazing vendors and were total rockstars day of and days leading up to the wedding. We did partial planning/day of coordinating and couldn’t have done it without them. It poured rain on our wedding day but they still made sure everything was gorgeous and were SO calm, proactive and organized. I feel so lucky we found them! Absolutely 10/10 would recommend them as your wedding planner. Thank you so much Cj and Dom!!
It's hard to describe just how much my husband and I are thankful we went with Lonney Jane Productions for our wedding. The night before my event, I became violently ill with food poisoning - a bride's worst nightmare. As my partner and I scrambled to CVS, urgent care, etc to get me well enough to make it through the ceremony, Cj COMPLETELY shifted the vendor timelines around to accommodate me.
I ended up being an hour and a half late to the venue for hair and makeup (after doctor appointments), but everything was still running smoothly. In fact, I didn't have to question or worry about anything. All the décor I packaged, the items I brought… really anything I was worried about organizing for the wedding was meticulously placed and cared for by Cj and her team. In fact, we wrapped up about 25 minutes AHEAD of schedule, which is almost unheard of for a wedding. Especially when the bride is running so far behind!
My husband even surprised her at the last minute with colorful runners that were not part of our table scape. Yet somehow she found time to incorporate them beautifully throughout the venue.
Even though I was prescribed medication to help me through the day, Cj and her assistant continued to pay attention to my health and wellbeing. They opened windows, stole me away from crowds when I wasn't feeling right, and helped create the illusion that I was perfectly fine for our guests. Besides the wedding party and key vendors, nobody knew I was unwell. My happiness and comfort were prioritized throughout the entire day.
Cj and team made me feel cared for. They created a wedding that my guests are STILL chatting about almost a month later. And you know what? Even though I was sick, I got to enjoy every minute of it because of the team I hired. There wasn't a big moment that I missed! Not to mention, all my other vendors loved working with Lonney Jane Productions as well. Everyone was so kind, and if I lived in New Orleans, I feel like we would be fast friends :)

To share the best day of our life with such a thoughtful, attentive, and proactive team was the best decision we ever made. We did not do the full design package, we only did the day-of-coordination, and our entire day transitioned so seamlessly. I was never worried about anything going wrong and felt so safe in their hands as a bride. After my husband and I's private last dance, our photographer captured the sweetest hug between CJ and I, because that's the kind of relationship you'll gain when you book them to plan your event. I absolutely couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you CJ & Dominick!!
CJ and Dom are bona fide dream-makers. Despite having only about five months to plan our wedding, CJ and Dom were incredibly helpful and reassuring every step of the way. They guided us through the planning process, delivered the design and communicated with the vendors, making us feel at ease despite the compressed timeline. During our calls, CJ was exceptionally attentive to our aesthetic vision. Lonney Jane Productions brought that vision to life beautifully on our wedding day. CJ and Dom took care of countless details that we would hardly have considered, making the day far more enjoyable for us. I would recommend Lonney Jane Productions without reservation.
Remotely planning our New Orleans wedding from Brooklyn was not a simple task, but CJ and Dom took such incredible care of us and made everything not only possible, but seemingly easy . Their calm & collected demeanor made such an impression from the very first call we had. This sense of calm trickled into every aspect of the process throughout our wedding day - which turned out even better than we could've imagined! We had ambitious goals and tricky logistics with multiple musical performances throughout the night and they pulled everything off perfectly. Highly recommend!
Finding a planner who understood and embraced my non-traditional vision was a struggle, but finding CJ and Dom was destiny! They took my dark, moody, romantic, and vampy vibes and ran with it. CJ helped me find decoration vendors that matched my style and gave great recommendations for non-design vendors. The rendering of what the day would look like was so helpful to envision what the day would look like. On the wedding day, everything was to die for, and CJ and Dom was there every step of the way, making sure everything was perfect. I couldn't have done it without CJ and Dom, Lonney Jane production made our wedding day beyond what we imagined. If you're a non-traditional bride, CJ and Dom are the planners you want!
