Our wedding at Velas Vallarta was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the remarkable staff and our amazing coordinator, Michele! From beginning to end, every detail was carefully handled, allowing us to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. Michele was a true lifesaver. She acted as our brain on the wedding day, keeping track of everything so we could stay focused on each other and our guests. She reminded me of my bouquet, made sure guests were seated on time, and handled any small issues that came up. Her dedication and expertise made the day feel seamless. The entire team at Velas Vallarta made us feel like VIPs, constantly going out of their way to create a warm, welcoming experience. Throughout the resort, everyone remembered us and our guests, greeting us with congratulations before, during, and even after the wedding. The staff at the Andrea restaurant often greeted our guests by name, which added such a special, personal touch. The wait staff was exceptional—always attentive and checking to see if we needed anything. They even brought water to me on the dance floor, which was such a thoughtful gesture! They also went above and beyond for my mom, accommodating her dietary restrictions with a customized meal just for her. One of the highlights for me was the flowers. I had requested hydrangeas, which can be tough to keep fresh, but they looked amazing and held up beautifully. My bouquet stayed picture-perfect for days afterward, which was such a delight. Lastly, a special thank you to the salon team, who saved the day by fixing my mom’s nails on our wedding day at no charge. This last-minute gesture showed just how much they cared and made us feel so valued. Thank you, Velas Vallarta, for making our wedding everything we dreamed of and more! We truly felt like VIPs, and every moment was filled with care and joy.
We just got married at Velas and it was by far one of the best weeks of my life. Our wedding planner, Michele Tanc, took care of every detail to the point that we were actually able to enjoy the entire day and leading up to the wedding. She handled all of the moving parts, allowing us to enjoy our family and friends just like we were hoping we would be able to do. To say the staff went above and beyond to make sure my family and my friends enjoyed our stay is an understatement. Our family and friends are hoping we can turn our anniversary into a biannual trip to Velas to celebrate family, friendship and love. Michele and all of the service staff on the property continue to provide the best service I have ever experienced, anywhere.
We were at Velas Vallarta for a wedding. We stayed for 3 full days. Our experience was outstanding. We were overwhelmed by the friendly hospitality of every staff member. They truly made the experience exceptional. The hotel is beautiful!
Velas Vallarta is the best all inclusive resort you could ask for! I had my wedding here in Dec. 2023 and without even seeing the resort and they exceeded my expectations in every way! I had 75 guests that all stayed at the resort and they all agreed it was the best venue/resort for a wedding they have been to in a while! The wedding planning process: Planning a wedding is difficult nonetheless but planning a wedding in a different country at a venue that I've never seen in person or stayed at was another level. Michele Tanc was my wedding coordinator from Velas from the beginning and from the start always solved any worry I would ever have. She was extremely responsive and open and available for all my requested meetings.
From the moment we walked in to the beautiful property. We felt like we were at home. Gracious hospitality from the staff at checkin, bellhop, pool side service to the restaurants. Grounds are kept immaculate and the flower gardens are gorgeous pops of color w the poinsettias!!
