My wife and I stayed for our wedding weekend and rented out the entire hotel for our guests. In a word, it was PERFECT. The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, and right on a gorgeous beach. The staff was superb- kind, attentive, generous, flexible. We had young children and older grandparents and everyone had a fantastic time (our guests won't stop telling us!). Whether it was playing in the pool, walking the beach at sunset, eating in the (great) restaurant, or just lounging, every aspect of MDC was above and beyond our expectations. We wouldn't change a thing and can't recommend MDC highly enough.
The beds are so comfortable, views are amazing, food is delicious, and the staff is super hospitable! My wedding here was everything I could have asked for! Irving, Cesai, Omar, Victor, Eufracia, Sergio and Mario were the best!
My husband Weston and I got married at Mar Del Cabo on June 17th 2023 and we had the BEST TIME OF OUR LIVES. Mainly because of how incredible the staff was. If you would like to learn more about why their staff is awesome grab a cup of coffee, take a seat, and read my appreciation post below. Angela Forcelledo... where do I even begin with this marvelous woman? She is a rock star! She is professional, wise, mature, and kind. She deserves all the recognition in the world. We are forever grateful for Angela and how she helped us pull off an incredible, memorable wedding. Last but not least - Gerardo - the general manager of the hotel. He is kind, professional, and makes sure all your needs or wants are being met. Very impressed with his level of professionalism and how he runs his entire team.
My new wife and I recently had our wedding at Mar Del Cabo. We reserved all 48 rooms for 120 of our closest friends and family from Thursday through Sunday and all I can say is - WOW, what an experience. We've stayed at Mar in the past as a couple but to share this special experience at such beautiful boutique hotel with all of our family and friends was extremely special. Yes, there is a hotel being built next door that causes noises here and there but there is construction all over Cabo ( or any popular vacation sports now a days) but their staff and management team more than made up for it with their kindness and made us feel like family.
We did a buy out for our wedding in February of 2023. It was the best decision we ever made. Our friends and family loved the hotel - the vibe, the location, the staff, the food. Everyone here made our wedding weekend so special and we will remember it forever. Victor, Eufracia, Javier, Sergio, and all of the staff are incredibly caring and took care of our every need. We had 120 guests who all have a lot of opinions and high expectations :) for a group that size to all feel well taken care of and have an amazing trip is very unique and special. If we could do the wedding weekend all over again we would!! Highly recommend for a total buy out, a couples get away, friend trip or all of the above. If you go I. Whale season it is insane. You can sit in your room, on the beach or at the restaurant and watch whales playing all day long.
