As the founder of Sandra Wimmer - Celebrating The Avantgarde Way, based in Vienna, I specialize in curating exclusive and bespoke weddings that not only capture international trends but, more importantly, reflect the unique story of each couple. This creates a beautiful synergy between modernity and individuality. My passion for orchestrating custom weddings was ignited through my extensive experience in the event industry, which I pursued alongside my studies in psychology. Even during my school years, I had the opportunity to explore various event types through my work in hospitality, and during my studies, I was increasingly captivated by the world of events. With 14 years of industry experience, I find inspiration in fashion, architecture, the distinct patina of time, and, most importantly, the personal stories of the couples I work with. This has enabled me to create experiences that are not only exclusive but deeply personal and individual. These same principles were my driving forces to transition more strongly into the wedding industry.  My refined sense of aesthetics and understanding of the individual needs of my clients drive me to create weddings that go far beyond traditional "packages." Instead, I focus on recognizing each couple as unique individuals, each deserving of a celebration that truly reflects their essence.  Weddings carry immense emotional significance. For many couples, this is a once-in-a-lifetime event, one that deserves not only to be celebrated but honored in its entirety. This distinction fr om corporate events fuels my commitment to infuse personal meaning and emotion into every detail.  The profound emotional experience of planning weddings—especially after organizing my own wedding in 2019 (with preparations beginning as early as 2017)—has given me an entirely new perspective on the entire process, allowing me to connect even more deeply with my clients.  The journey began with the wedding of a client whose company I had previously assisted in the corporate sector. This led to planning and supporting private weddings for friends and family, ultimately culminating in my own wedding, wh ere I personally felt the profound emotions involved, further enriching my understanding of the emotional layers that make each wedding so special.
