This review is a bit delayed, but I wanted to make sure that I wrote it because Olha was the perfect day-of coordinator and I recommend her to anyone considering a wedding coordinator without any reservation.

She was very organized, focused, no-nonsense, and ready for anything. When the button on my tuxedo popped off during wedding photos Olha pulled out her emergency toolkit that included a sewing kit and sowed the button back on in just a few minutes. She, and her assistant, were terrific in helping corral and direct our family and friends on the day of the wedding. Having Olha helped us not worry about anything potentially unexpected on the big day and I could not recommend her more. We are very glad that we hired her.

When my wife and I began our wedding planning in summer of 2021, we quickly realized that there was a ton to do and we needed help with planning. We were planning for a July 2022 wedding in NYC with about 60 guests. We found Sense of Moment to help with our wedding planning and for the day-of activities and I would recommend their wedding services to all of my friends, family, and even strangers!! The success of our wedding was fully due to Sense of Moment and our guests left the wedding raving about how amazing it was. Olha and her team were amazing to work with and have helped plan every tiny detail while keeping us at the driver’s seat. She was so attentive, communicative and provided great wedding advice from her vast experience as a planner. She made our special day, and months leading up to it, so seamlessly and my wife and I were able to celebrate the day with full confidence in her and her team. If you are a couple planning a wedding, I will leave you this note: if you are on the fence about getting a wedding planner, you definitely should. And you should go with Sense of Moment. They were worth every penny for the celebration of the most special day of our lives and made it possible for us to focus on celebrating our wedding with our loved ones.

When we first started thinking about what our wedding would look like, we weren’t sure if we needed a full planner. But now I can say with absolute certainty that we needed a wedding planner and not just anyone- we definitely needed Olha! Olha has all the qualities you would want in a wedding planner. She is experienced, organized, and very detail-oriented. She listens to your vision, has relationships with incredible vendors, and also has amazing taste. Olha knows exactly how to make your dream wedding a reality and help guide your decisions. She ensures you feel comfortable every step of the way and promptly responds to any questions and concerns. Olha treats your wedding like it’s her own and is dedicated to every detail from the moment you sign on with her. She is an absolute joy to work with and makes wedding planning fun and stress-free. Olha even accompanied my mom and I when we went dress shopping and helped us find my dream dress through her connections at places I never would have been able to find on my own. When we had to postpone our wedding due to Covid, Olha coordinated and rescheduled with every vendor for a new date. It eliminated the stress, and I don’t know what we would have done without her help. My guests commented on how calm I was the day of our wedding, and that is because I knew we were in amazing hands. Olha didn’t let a single thing slip through the cracks. Our family and friends raved about our wedding, which would not have been possible without Olha. Hiring Olha as our full planner was the best decision we could have made, and we can’t thank her enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!!

Everyone needs an Olha in their life!! Like many others, my wedding got pushed from 2020 to 2021 due to covid, but I can say for certain that I was the most relaxed covid bride all thanks to Olha. Our wedding was better than anything that we could have ever imagined, the amount of detail and thought that Olha put into it was just mind-blowing. Our guests raved about how our wedding was the best one they've ever attended and honestly, we can't take credit for it because it was all Olha's work.

Over the past 2 years, I relied on Olha for EVERYTHING, from finding/booking all our super talented vendors (then re-booking them for our new date) to setting up payment schedules to designing the decor - I don't know what I'm going to do without her. I texted and emailed her constantly (maybe too much), but she always answered promptly and quelled any fears or frustrations I had. She took care of things before we even had a chance to think about it.

We had the most beautiful and perfect wedding - it completely exceeded our expectations and we can't think of a single thing that went wrong throughout the entire day. Olha will steam your linens, get your bridal party in check, make sure you eat AND bustle your dress, all while looking classy and elegant (as she always does). Everyone told us how our wedding day will feel like a whirlwind, but we were able to thoroughly enjoy ourselves because Olha made sure we didn't have to lift a finger or worry about anything.

To top it off, Olha is the sweetest and most loving person that I've had the pleasure of working with. She will fight for what's right for her couples and make sure you never agree to something you don't love. When it comes to an event as important as your wedding, you need someone like Olha to be by your side. I'm going to miss her so much and would honestly throw another (spectacular) wedding just to get a chance to work with her again. If you're on the fence about hiring a planner, do yourself a favor and hire Olha immediately because this kind of talent is hard to come by.

Olha was super organized, which was so helpful throughout the wedding planning process. She created a payment spreadsheet, wedding weekend schedule down to the minute, etc. I didn’t have to coordinate with any vendors on the day of the wedding…she took care of everything! Olha was wonderful and fun to work with. She added her opinions which I liked because she has a great sense of style. I highly recommend her!

My wedding was an absolute dream. Not a single thing went wrong the entire day and every detail surpassed my expectations! I wouldn’t have experienced such a perfect and beautiful day if it weren’t for Olha. Her attention to detail and her vision for my big day was really outstanding. She treated my wedding as if it were her own. Being a covid bride, having the perfect wedding day is an especially big accomplishment! Olha handled all of my vendors and I didn’t lose a single deposit when switching from my original date in October 2020 to April 2021. She is there when you need her and on top of every detail. She relieved me of any of the “normal” stress that brides say they experience leading up to their wedding day. I was able to really enjoy and experience my wedding day and for that I will be forever grateful to Olha and her team!

Our wedding would not have been possible if it were not for Olha. She puts her heart and soul into it and cares about every tiny detail so that when the day of the wedding arrives, nothing has a chance to go wrong. We are so fortunate to have found her and been able to work with her. She is the first to arrive and the last to leave, and somehow does her job with such ease and abundant energy. We are forever grateful to her for making our day so so special. Would suggest you stop your search now and treat yourself to having Olha as your planner.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Olha. Olha was our day-of coordinator, and she was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. My only regret is not hiring her to plan the entire wedding! She is incredibly professional, dedicated, and efficient, and you can tell she truly loves her job. Her attention to detail is incredible. She made sure that we stayed on schedule and that our day went without a hitch, and she came well-stocked with every possible supply anyone could ever need, which came in handy when I got mud on the bottom of my dress and my husband's jacket button fell off during our photo session. I could go on and on about Olha, but I'll just say this: Hire her now! You will not regret it.
