I cannot say enough good things about Vicki! Hands down the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Our family and friends have not stopped gushing over our engagement and wedding photos. As two amateurs in front of a camera, she held our hand throughout the process, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, made us feel comfortable, and produced beautiful photos.
We worked with Vicki for both our engagement shoot and wedding day, and she was probably one of — if not the best — vendors we had. She made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, capturing natural photos. Vicki is organized, thoughtful and of course, talented. She is such a gem! We would recommend her over and over again.
I cannot ever say enough great things about Vicki. She did multiple shoots for us including our wedding, and captured everything beautifully- even better than I ever had imagined. Not only does she have the most calming and relaxing demeanor, she is an absolute talent and so phenomenal at what she does. I cannot stop looking at our photos. And she got everything back to us so quickly, with great communication. I couldn’t be happier that we chose Vicki to capture such important moments of our lives, and I will recommend her to everyone. So so grateful to have found her!
It has been a pleasure working with Vicki as a client. We first met when she photographed my sister’s wedding. From then on, we kept in contact. We’ve had Iceland on our travel bucket list for a while so we made a vacation out of it and thought why not do engagement photos while we’re there. My husband and I love hiking together and Vicki was able to bring this hobby of ours to life. For our special day, she captured such wonderful timeless and beautiful imagery in the countryside of Virginia that we will treasure forever. Have worked along side Vicki for many years from editorials and wedding couples. Vicki is a talented and creative photographer, we had many opportunities of dreaming up projects together as wedding planner/designer and photographer that has taken us to so many destinations.
As a previous wedding planner and then a bride myself, I worked with Vicki professionally and chose to work with her personally. Not only is she so incredibly talented but she is so responsive during the planning process and comes SO prepared on the day of. She brought her own styling props that worked so well with the overall wedding design! We enjoy our wedding photos every time we see them because her style is timeless and captures all the important details. We are so thankful we chose Vicki for our wedding!
Hiring Vicki was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My husband and I were extremely picky when it came to selecting the right photographer. Vicki's fine art aesthetic was exactly what we were looking for. We were completely blown away by how beautifully Vicki captured our day and how she was able to capture all the details and emotions so perfectly. Vicki was an absolute pleasure to work with starting with our first engagement shoot that was scheduled during the height of COVID. Because our preferred shoot location was closed due to COVID, Vicki was extremely accommodating and helpful when it came to selecting an alternate location and worked with us to ensure we were still able to get all the photos/shots we wanted. Leading up to the wedding Vicki was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to shooting at our wedding venue. We trusted Vicki completely when it came to the best places for bride and groom portraits and our ceremony location and we couldn't have been happier. Vicki took the time to understand what images we wanted from our wedding day and provided suggestions and direction to ensure she delivered the perfect wedding album. Our wedding album turned out to be even better than we could have hoped for. We will always be grateful to Vicki and her team for capturing our day so perfectly.
Where to begin!! Vicki is absolutely amazing in every way. My fiance and I were searching all over to find a photographer for our wedding and engagement photos. Photos were the one thing we were willing to invest a bit more of our budget into but after what seemed like ages of not finding a photographer we loved, our wedding planner recommended Vicki. As soon as I saw her portfolio, I was truly in awe. Her photos are works of art and I was so excited when I heard she was available on our wedding day. Going into our engagement session, I was still a little nervous as I'm not always a fan of myself in photos but she made us feel completely at ease! Honestly, it was truly such a fun experience and she gave great direction the entire time. Finally when it was time to see the photos, my jaw dropped. They are so stunningly beautiful and it makes me that much more excited about our big day, as I'll be fully confident and comfortable having Vicki by our side to capture everything. If you are at all even slightly on the fence, go with Vicki!! These photos will last a lifetime and you wont regret it.
