Pam helped us navigate difficult weather and multiple road closures to pull off a perfect day. She was completely unflappable and professional, keeping the wedding party and guests calm as she got all the vendors set up after a lengthy weather delay. She advocated for us when the venue wanted to move everything in doors and we had the most beautiful wedding!
Words cannot express our gratitude to Natalie from Pamala Barefoot events – she is simply the best in every possible way! From the moment we hired her, she went above and beyond to make us feel special and important when it came to planning our wedding. When we hired her in Feb. 2020, little did we know that the world would change drastically in the coming months. We could not have weathered all the changes we made (date, venue, and vendor switches due to COVID) if it wasn’t for Natalie. Her guidance, thoughts, and compassion truly got us through one of the hardest periods for us. In addition, when we changed the total look and feel of the wedding to fit a new venue (went from indoor social club in DC to outdoor inn in Middleburg, VA), she didn’t blink an eye and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. She understood our fears and anxiety (and sadness at times) and made sure that our June 2021 wedding would be special.
I could go on and on about how great Natalie is, but most of all, she is one of the kindest people I know. She truly cares about her couples and will do everything she can to make sure your special day is how you envision it. Our wedding was able to happen thanks to all the work Natalie did and we cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for an extremely talented wedding planner/designer and overall amazing person, look no further than Natalie – she is truly the best!

Pam is super personable and communicative! She is always willing to chat or meet to make sure she understands her couple's goals. She also has built many invaluable relationships within the wedding community and has great recommendations. She will do what it takes to make a beautiful wedding come together.
Hiring Natalie was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Within the first few minutes of our initial phone conversation, I knew that Natalie would be the perfect match for us. She is incredibly graceful, thoughtful, organized, creative, SO KIND and always went above and beyond to make the wedding planning process completely stress-free for us. She made it a priority to listen to our wants and needs and was always available to us every step of the way.
Having had to postpone our wedding date and change venues due to COVID, Natalie was constantly in contact with our vendors and was able to transition everything so seamlessly. When the forecast called for rain on our wedding day, and having planned for an outdoor ceremony, Natalie put our minds at ease with not only a plan B, but also a plan C. Natalie's calm and positive demeanor allowed us to not only fully enjoy our wedding day, but also the process of planning! She is so incredibly talented, has an amazing eye for fine detail and design, always thinks outside of the box and was really able to bring our vision to life. In addition, she thought of every possible safety measure and executed a beautiful and safe event that our guests are still raving about. Our wedding was PERFECT thanks to Natalie and we could not speak more highly of her. She truly wants the best for her clients and we cannot thank her enough. Please do yourself a favor and hire Natalie, you will be so happy you did!!

After interviewing many wedding planners & designers , I chose Natalie from Pamela Barefoot Events. From the start, Natalie was highly motivated, energetic, and excited to plan our wedding!
She was constantly available for questions from, me, my fiancé, and from our parents. She always kept me informed and on our timeline to ensure things went smoothly. Very organized to say the least. Natalie took lots of time to show me a wide variety of possibilities to foster my wedding vision & design. The final look on my wedding day was unbelievable and absolutely beyond my wildest dreams! It was stunning! Besides planning our actual wedding ( 240+ ppl), Natalie planned our welcome party/ rehearsal dinner for us on an obscure rooftop in Washington D.C. Not an easy task. She seamlessly coordinated multiple vendors and the night was absolutely amazing for us and our 160 guests. Natalie has chic sense of style, listens to her clients, and executes absolutely beautiful events. I would highly recommend her and I am so thankful we chose her for the wedding weekend. Pam and the Atrendy Wedding team made a tremendous difference in raising our event to the next level (without necessarily breaking the bank!) I booked Pam for my month-out coordination, but she was amazing at sending periodic notes before that point checking in and letting me know when she saw items that might be a great fit for our decor. Pam was always open to me asking questions, giving advice, and being honest when it came to her opinion. Honesty is an incredible helpful thing to have in a planner, and Pam was always great about sharing her feedback in a helpful, constructive manner. What makes a great event is picking an overarching theme and sticking to it, and adding your own little personal touches. Pam helped us think of all of the little things we would need and/or reminding us of all of the things we should think about. She gave us great advice about focusing our budget on items that most guests will get to enjoy instead of blowing money on items that aren't as useful/impactful. Pam took the lead on sending a schedule to all of our vendors, and touching base with them all the week of so that was off my plate. We purchased our differing decor items that fit our theme, and Pam and her team made it all come together so masterfully and perfectly the day of our event. Our guests were stunned with how amazing and personalized everything was, which we accomplished through Pam's expert guidance. Pam also worked tirelessly the day to make sure everything fell into place and kept on track. We also had a table number issue to figure out during cocktail hour before dinner, and Pam's quick thinking and solution helped us avoid any issues. I would highly recommend Atrendy Wedding to anyone who wants to work with a caring, talented team genuinely immersed in your wedding planning process to make sure you have the best time on your special day.
