I am so thankful for Leonor and the entire team at Escape Events. We had our dream wedding a few weeks ago - everything was perfectly executed by Leonor’s team, I truly couldn’t haven’t imagined a more perfect day.
We worked closely with Leonor for 15 months to plan our wedding - she was there for us every step on the way, from check in calls, vendor meetings and catering tastings. Planning a wedding in Portugal from NYC is no easy feat, but Leonor’s years of industry experience, strong relationships with vendors and multi-lingual skills made the planning process much less stressful for us. Leonor was also very calm, kind, empathetic and respectful of our budget and vision for the day.
Everyone says to expect a few things to go wrong on your wedding day and to just roll with it, but we literally did not encounter one single issue or mistake. Leonor and her team nailed it - our music was perfectly timed and executed, the food was a perfect temperature, the flowers were exactly as envisioned. Having Leonor and her team there also allowed us to be fully present with eachother and our guests on the wedding day, as we knew we could fully trust them to execute our event perfectly.
I highly recommend escape events for all of your event planning needs!

Leonor, Catarina and the entire Escape Eventos team could not have made our wedding experience any better. We met Leonor more than a year before our wedding date and she helped us to realize a vision we didn’t know we had. She was patient with us even across big time zone differences (California to Portugal). After a few conversations, Leonor had recommended the perfect venue for us - a place we never would have found on our own.
Leonor was gentle but realistic in what we could do within our budget and she over delivered by a mile. She recommended incredible vendors for makeup, hair, DJ, band and food - all of whom were just as easy to work with as she was.
She helped us with a lot of the planning well ahead of time so we were never stressed throughout the process. We also were so confident in Leonor and the team that we never worried about the wedding or our decisions which made it all the more enjoyable - despite being a long distance planning endeavor.
The Escape team made it so that our entire day was perfect start to finish. We were able to spend time with our friends and family because the team had everything taken care of and then some. Could not recommend the Escape team more highly as wedding planners or as people!

We are beyond grateful to have had Leanor as our wedding planner for our dream wedding in Lisbon.
