I had a truly horrific experience with My Event Angels LLC, particularly with its founder, Lisa Hearron. The level of disappointment I've experienced cannot be overstated. Not only did no services get provided, but it feels like they essentially stole my money.
What's even more troubling is Lisa's excuse for not giving a refund - she blamed it on my behavior. Every question and concern; Lisa responded in a negative and very irritable way. Any attempt at a reasonable resolution was met with resistance. It's deeply unethical to withhold a refund when services were never rendered in the first place. How can one justify keeping money for services not provided?
On top of that:
Our first meeting took place in a storage unit, undisclosed and unprofessional.
Lisa used aggressive sales tactics, pushing overpriced services.
Communication hours were limited and inconvenient for working individuals.
Lisa's unprofessional conduct and condescending responses created an unwelcoming atmosphere.
Shockingly, when we requested a different coordinator due to these issues, Lisa Hearron cast blame on me, the mother of the bride, making false allegations about my behavior.
Refusal to accommodate changes, despite multiple requests.
Misleading information and inflated quotes added to the frustration.
My trust in this company has been shattered, and I urge others to be cautious when considering their services.
My Event Angels LLC's specifically Lisa Hearron conduct is far from professional their lack of accountability is deeply concerning. Please think twice before engaging with them.

Best vendor - you need Lisa and her team! Every time I met with Lisa, I felt so much calmer about my wedding. She is knowledgable and so insightful. My Event Angels knows the best vendors, are extremely hardworking, and will make sure your wedding is incredible! Everyone on her team is so kind and helpful with any detail. I was grateful to work with Lisa to help plan vendors and talk me through all of the details leading up to our wedding. When working with Lisa, it is very obvious to see her team's strong relationships with vendors. On our wedding day, we had a an incident offsite that delayed our wedding an hour. Lisa and her team quickly helped with the delay and kept our wedding flowing with the delay. By the middle of the reception, they got our wedding back on schedule so we could enjoy the band and DJ. I am extremely grateful to Lisa and her team for going above & beyond to make our wedding amazing. Their problem-solving efforts truly saved the day, and I have no idea what we would have done without them. Everyone needs My Event Angels for their wedding!
Words can not express how much i love this team!!! Made our wedding day so so so smooth and stress free!! I love Hannah and Claire for keeping me sane!!! I would recommend them to anyone having a wedding or event!!!! 1000/1000!!
Our reception was an absolute DREAM thanks to My Event Angels! My husband and I got a sneak peek before our ceremony and our jaws dropped to the floor when we saw the space. It was beyond our wildest dreams and we are so thankful for their beautiful work at our cocktail hour and reception. Also the service was incredible. They worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and caterer. Five stars is truly not enough, I can't imagine a better wedding reception decorator/banquet team in the Houston area.
Just wow! I am completely in love with how My Event Angels turned my dream ever since I was a little girl into reality. They are the most kind and sweetest people you will ever meet. They are very professional, will always be honest with you, and are very supportive. Hannah was my lead coordinator and she was the absolute BEST! She went above and beyond to make my day so perfect. My driver canceled on me the day of to transport me to the ceremony. Hannah took the initiate and decided to transport me instead. She drove 40 minutes just to bring me to the church! It was not in her plans to do so, but she was literally so kind and sweet about it that she was just a DREAM! My Event Angels are literal Angels! I could not have had such a better wedding and it could not have been done without them. THANK YOU!!!
Used My Event Angels for our wedding and everything went PERFECT!! 10/10 would definitely recommend using them whether you are going the full service route or just day of coordinating. Their rentals are really nice too!
My Event Angels are incredible planners! They made our wedding day perfect! Hannah and Claire were the ones we worked with leading up to our day and on the day of. They ensured that everything was seamless and flowed according to our hopes. They were absolutely amazing and so kind. They handled the little hiccups that occurred and coordinated with the rest of our vendors and our wedding party so well. On top of that, they were super thoughtful and supportive. They thought of everything. I'm the kind of person who did not have her wedding day vision together, and I had no idea how to begin planning for the day of. My Event Angels made me a monthly to-do list to help me break the overwhelming planning task into small, doable tasks that I could tackle. They also have lovely rental items to help decorate, set tables, and spice up the design for the rehearsal and ceremony. Our day was delightful and flew by without stress, and it's thanks in large part to Hannah, Claire, Lisa, and the rest of the My Event Angels team. Thank you y'all! We will never forget all you did for us!
This is the dream team! Lisa is exactly who you want to organize the flow of your wedding and have your back through the planning process and wedding day! In the planning process, she and her lovely assistants Hannah and Claire thought of everything you could possibly imagine, reminding me of tasks I hadn’t even thought to plan or complete, so that the day would run smoothly, and my vision would be completely carried out! Lisa, on the day of my wedding when my venue didn’t have the mirror rounds for my tables, drove an hour to and from her business to make sure my vision wouldn’t be compromised, and didn’t even charge us for it! When my dress ripped badly in the sleeve, she was calm and reassured me that it wouldn’t be noticeable during our first dance or reception. Her and the girls’ spirits are so calming and kind, their passion for helping couples on their wedding day is always evident! Not to mention, they created such a wonderful timeline for the wedding that flowed perfectly. I truly trusted them to carry through my vision and time my wedding and they went above and beyond, without me even having to lift a finger the day of!
Lisa and Hannah were the absolute dream team!!! From beginning to end they were there to answer my questions (a lot of them) and helped my vision come to life. The day of the wedding was stress free and went so smooth. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but they are so sweet. We love them and could not have pulled it all off without them!
Lisa & her team literally saved my wedding. After my old planner went AWOL halfway through the wedding planning process, I hired My Event Angels to help me pick up the pieces. There were so many loose ends that I was so stressed about but Lisa stayed cool, calmed, & collected. She really thinks of every last detail. Her vendor recommendations are amazing and don’t sleep on MEA’s decor rentals. I also hired additional staff through MEA which I would HIGHLY recommend. From setup to takedown, my bridal party, guests, and I didn’t have to lift a finger! Lisa & her assistant Hannah were hustling during the whole event. Of all the wedding vendors, I never would have guessed that I would get so many compliments on my planners. All of guests were extremely impressed with their professionalism & organizational skills. They truly were my angels!
