Dawson and Josie were truly the most incredible photo/film team that I could have ever asked for! From the moment of our first video call (over a year before the wedding), I knew I made the right decision by booking them for my wedding photos/film. We absolutely loved our engagement photos and appreciated that Dawson answered all of our questions throughout the wedding planning process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Dawson checked in with me several times, set up a final phone call and assisted with the wedding day timeline. On the wedding day, they arrived on time and stayed until the very end, making sure we got all of the photos we wanted throughout the day/night. Dawson sends you your photos in a VERY timely manner. Our wedding was the Sunday of Labor Day weekend and we had a HUGE sneak peek album sent to us by the following night!! So many people have told us that they're so impressed with how many photos were in our sneak peeks and how beautiful the colors are! Dawson's editing style is truly unbelievable!! In addition to their incredible photos/film, Dawson and Josie make you feel so comfortable and special and they provide the best cues to help make your poses look natural! A few days after the wedding, I received a text from my wedding coordinator at the venue, telling me that the entire venue staff all said how kind, easy-going and friendly Dawson and Josie were. I truly cannot recommend Dawson and Josie enough, the entire process with them has been so easy! My husband and I feel like they're now our friends, and my husband and Dawson even plan to play golf together! 10/10 recommend Renaud Photo and Film!
Dawson and Josie are the absolute best!! Throughout the engagement photos and pre-wedding planning calls, we felt so comfortable with them. Their attention to detail and expertise make them an incredible pair to work with. We loved their photography and videography style and were able to have them capture our day exactly as we had hoped.

They are the sweetest people and are so amazing to work with. They are professional, easy going, and fun. They made me and my husband feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Their tips/tricks they have you do when taking photos brings the images to life. When looking back on the pictures I feel like I am in the moment again, because the pictures don't feel "posed". They also played a hug role in our wedding day timeline - they guided us and helped us stay on track, so we did not have to worry about anything - we could be fully present in the moment. They helped make our day so fun and special. Their work speaks for itself, we will be forever stunned looking back at our photos. We HIGHLY recommend. Thank you so much Dawson and Josie!!

Dawson and Josie were the perfect team to work with on our big day. Dawson’s work is amazing and his portfolio speaks for itself but what you don’t see is how comfortable Dawson and Josie make you feel in front of the camera. They were both so personable, professional, fun, and easy going which made such a huge difference for my husband and I who were both very shy to be in front of the camera. Dawson has plenty of tricks/pointers that will produce beautiful photos without having you ‘pose’. We have definitely found our photographer for life and I can’t wait to have Dawson & Josie capture all the stages of our lives to come. Highly recommended!
We chose Dawson as our wedding videographer and photographer very early in the process. Dawson had done our engagement photos and wowed us with not only his skill and mastery of his craft but with his outgoing nature and ability to make you feel so comfortable. When we chose him for our wedding he continued to demonstrate why he is easily one of the best photographers in Maine. He assisted us throughout the planning process with any lighting questions, decore questions and when our original venue wouldn’t let us move the date due to covid, Dawson recommended the new venue we ultimately ended up choosing. During the day of the wedding Dawson took amazing candid video and photos while also arriving with a plan and vision for the wedding party photos. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the photos and video. Again, any photographer can make photos look good but Dawson’s work shows a level of effort and personal touch that goes above and beyond expectations! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who asks and would guarantee you would be very pleased with the decision!
