Hiring Niki was THE BEST $$$ WE SPENT on our wedding. PERIOD. I’ll start by saying that I (the bride) am not a perfectionist, but I do have a lot of ideas lol… So planning something as huge as our wedding (with 200+ known guests right from the start) felt both incredibly exciting and overwhelming. Enter Nicole “Niki” Day of Ember & Stone... My now-husband and I knew we wanted to get married somewhere in the desert in the Southwest US. We interviewed a few highly esteemed planners in the region and instantly clicked with Niki. From our very first call, we knew she was the right choice. We booked her for partial planning, which meant securing our “big four” vendors upfront, then having her and her team step in full-time six months before the wedding to book remaining vendors, handle logistics, and bring our design vision to life. Looking back, if we had the budget to bring her on from day one, we definitely would have! The venue search alone was overwhelming, but even before the six-month mark, Niki went above and beyond—answering our questions, providing incredibly helpful guides and templates, and sharing vendor recommendations tailored to our vision. Three ways she made the magic happen: 1: Niki’s energy is unmatched. Working with her felt like planning with a best friend—someone who actively listened, understood our vision, and made everything feel effortless. Whether we had a specific idea we wanted her to execute, needed her expert guidance to refine loose ideas, or just wanted someone to take over when we felt the decision fatigue set in (it’s real!), she handled it all flawlessly. 2: Niki & her team made planning easy. Whenever decisions had to be made, they gave us just enough options (without overwhelming us), helped us stay within budget, and communicated in a way that worked best for us—just as we had discussed from the very beginning. Even when I got anxious less than a week from our date, Niki stayed calm and reassuring. I knew that even if I might forget something, our wedding was in the best hands. ✨ 3: Niki kept everything running seamlessly. If there were any logistical hiccups on our wedding day, we had NO idea. We were able to be fully present, soaking in every moment with our loved ones. Seeing all the little details we had talked about come together—and actually being able to enjoy them—felt absolutely surreal. Our wedding day was a DREAM—so magical and unforgettable. Guests are still raving about how much fun they had and how thoughtful the little details were. If we could relive the day over and over, we absolutely would in a heartbeat. Where do I begin. Niki was awesome. Being in the event world myself (in a different city) I appreciate someone who has a great demeanor leading upto, but especially during a wedding/event. Niki is the calmest person even if things go wrong with other vendors. I have no idea what, if anything, went wrong because Niki and her team were totally in control of every aspect.
My then fiancé hired Niki and she was amazing. She did her best to kept my now wife as calm as possible.

Where to begin! The thought of planning a wedding gave me so much anxiety. I knew that I wanted a celebration, but I didn’t want it to look like every other wedding I’ve been to and I also didn’t want to spend my whole life savings on it. After putting it off for almost 2 years, I stumbled across Ember & Stone on Instagram and immediately felt seen! Their nontraditional, unique designs really drew me in, and once I officially met with Niki and her team, I had full confidence they’d be able to bring my vision to life. Niki and Sam felt like instant friends. They made me feel confident that my vision could be achieved within budget and shared equal amount of excitement around my design goals. My hope was for the event to be completely outdoors –ceremony at Desert Love and reception at Cactus Joes. Of course, on the day of our wedding the weather was not on our side. Spirits were low, stress was high, but Niki and her team were determined to make my dreams come true (rain or shine). They ended up being able to quickly pivot and move the entire reception within a greenhouse they had at Cactus Joes. The thought of having it “inside” made me so sad, I was so invested in the outdoor set-up we had spent the year planning, but at some point you just have to surrender, have faith in your team and hope for the best. Before the ceremony I was able to take a first look of the new venue and I could not believe my eyes, I nearly broke down in tears. They had completely transformed the greenhouse in to an oasis of my dreams!! After seeing it, I couldn’t have imagined it any other way – it was perfection! These group of girls are SO talented. Their attention to detail, consistent communication, determination to understand their clients and do whatever it takes to make their wildest dreams come true, sets them apart from the rest!

I am not even sure where to begin with this review. Meeting Niki and Sam from Ember & Stone was a blessing. After searching around with different planners out in Vegas, the second I talked to Niki I KNEW. Our wedding was PERFECT, there isn't one thing I would change. Being from Boston, I knew nothing about weddings in Las Vegas, I had a million questions and my vision changed 10 different times. Niki and her team were there with me for the ride, every call they were excited, and so when there were times I felt overwhelmed, when I talked to them that stress melted away. We ended up with 85 people traveling from the East Coast to Vegas, and seriously not one thing went wrong, EXCEPT the rain! The only day it rained in Vegas was on my wedding day, which forced us to switch ceremony locations day of. I will admit when you spend 2 years picturing your wedding one way, I was bummed, but trying not to panic. Within a couple hours E&S were able to secure a new location (which I ended up loving more than my original) and no one knew the difference. I can't imagine what it would have been like if I didn't have Niki and Sam. When we arrived everyone was in awe, every little detail was absolutely perfect. When we got to the reception at Mid Century Manor, I was even more blown away that my vision we had only spoke about had come alive. I couldn't have dreamed it up any more perfectly. Every last vendor she secured was more than perfect. Our photographer and videographer felt like our friends, the mobile bar was everything, the flowers and the details were incredible. My hair and makeup, I literally couldn't even handle how perfect it came out. The staff at Mid Century Manor was amazing, our bartenders were the BEST. When it decided to rain on us while dancing they stayed out there and kept the party going. The food was amazing, and lastly Niki was amazing. She stayed with us the entire time right until the end. Without E&S I would have never found these perfect vendors. Everyone single one of my guests commented on how amazing she was. We had the time of our lives, when we left Vegas to go home I was sad because E&S become part of life in a special way, and the thought of wedding planning being over and not being able to talk to them all the time was sad. They helped make my most important and biggest life event thus far be absolutely perfect. Though they will go on to make many more brides and grooms feel incredible, I will remember them for the rest of my life. Could not recommend more.

If there is one piece of advice I could offer to you while you're planning your big day, it is working with Ember & Stone. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work Niki and Sam put into making our wedding day absolutely magical. After securing all of our major vendors, my fiance and I found ourselves overwhelmed by all the smaller details and the challenge of crafting the perfect vibe for our special day. That's where Niki and Sam swooped in, bringing with them an unmatched level of dedication and creativity. From the moment we met them, it was evident that they poured their hearts and souls into every aspect of their work. Their genuine passion for what they do shined through in every interaction, and it was infectious. They didn't just see us as clients; they treated us like friends from the onset. One of the most reassuring aspects of working with Ember & Stone was their unwavering attention to detail and creative ideas that were brilliantly thought up on the spot at times! Niki's moodboard was an absolute lifesaver, which immediately gave us clarity and ease. And when it came to the big day itself, they were there every step of the way, ensuring that every last detail was executed flawlessly. Beyond their impeccable organizational skills and eye for design, it was their genuine care and support that made all the difference. Whether it was countless phone calls to hash out details or their reassuring presence on the day of the wedding, Niki and Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Wow… to leave a 5 star review is the minimum that this company deserves. Niki and her team blew me away coordinating our intimate elopement. Not just from the great communication, or the warm peace of mind and full visibility along the whole way. And don’t get me started with amazing cooperation and stress free management style they had. But they felt like a friend or family to my now husband and I. They cared and literally vanished any stress I had. There is heart and passion in what Ember and Stone does. I am honored to have worked with them and can’t rave enough about how perfect our special day was. We love yall!
