Just had a flawless destination wedding in France, now sitting down to leave this review.
To start off, would give Sonja and her team 10 stars if google allowed. I almost didn’t get to work with her since her initial response went to my junk mail but thankfully a last minute meeting was made and there was no question that she was the right person for the job
Sonja is warm and charming, but also extremely efficient and experienced in the field, you can tell she’s in this because she truly enjoys it.
We had about 8-10 months from start to finish. Every meeting went smoothly, she’s always prepared and if she didn’t know the answer to something, she would get back to us within a period of days. She broke down every choice (flowers, venue, Etc) with a straightforward google doc that had pros and cons as well as any website/social media platform. Sonja always had time for us and scheduled meetings to help us make decisions. She understood our vision and designed everything to our tastes!
When the time came for our multi-day events, Sonja arrived with her team of equally amazing team and together it was truly an experience to witness how great they work together, seamless! She handled every single thing and I didn’t even realize there were some last minute issues during the wedding day. Her calm demeanor and steady presence is appreciated and reassuring for any anxious bride and/or groom
All my wedding guests even noticed how amazing Sonja and her team is; several commented that everyone needed a Sonja in their lives!
I wish i can hire Sonja to plan every single thing in the next chapters of my life but i will have to settle to keep in touch with her via social media

Sonja is absolutely incredible! We planned a 90-guest wedding in Lake Garda, Italy from NYC, and hiring her was the best decision we made. She made planning from abroad stress-free with lightning-fast responses, clear communication, and amazing organization.
She created a shared drive and budget planner that kept everything transparent and easy to follow, and she managed all vendor communication: huge for us since we don’t speak Italian.
She was always one step ahead, giving us honest guidance and anticipating our needs. During the wedding week, Sonja and her team were at every event, handling logistics flawlessly. When issues popped up (like needing more lighting at our welcome party), she fixed them immediately without us having to worry. On the wedding day itself, her team allowed us to fully enjoy the moment while they seamlessly took care of our guests and every detail.
