The photos Collin took of our wedding day turned out insanely beautiful!! It was like a dream! The best possible version of our day. He did such an incredible job capturing our day and the people in it. Every single photo is a piece of art. Every time I look at photos from that day it brings me such joy. Photography was very important to us, since that's what we have to remember the day, and did Collin deliver!! We can't recommend him enough, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding :)

Collin shot our September wedding this year at the Lyric Opera House in Chicago and we couldn't be happier with his work! He was incredibly easy to work with and makes you feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera. His use of lighting and attention to detail make his photos very unique and intimate, it was everything we were looking for! I would strongly recommend Collin!

Here is the deal folks - there IS a difference among wedding photographers and Collin is simply the most talented of the bunch. We did our diligence, talked with a ton of talented, kind people and came to the conclusion that Collin was the best fit for us. It was undoubtedly the right decision. Collin's pictures of our wedding (which I can't help but look at on a regular basis), literally takes me back into the room and lets me experience the best day of my life all over again. He does more than take pictures, he captures moments!

My fiancé hired Collin to shoot our proposal pictures (as a complete surprise to me) and I am so grateful that he did. The pictures were absolutely gorgeous and Collin did a perfect job at capturing this once in a lifetime moment with a combination of candid shots and professional (posed) shots. Collin's personality fit perfectly with ours and made us feel completely comfortable during this once in a lifetime moment. erfection! Collin shot our engagement photos and this is the only word that can describe how the photos turned out AND our amazing experience! Like most couple this was the first time we had our photos professionally taken, and we were a bit nervous to say the least. As soon as Collin arrived, his overall demeanor put us at ease and his enthusiasm and love for what he does created such an exciting afternoon! Without Collin I'm not sure how we would have captured so many great shots in what felt like such a short amount of time on our wedding day! We had a 200-person new years eve wedding at a Chicago hotel with below zero temps outside. His input, ability to capture the most special moments regardless of what's going on around him, and knowledge of Chicago landscape and venues is priceless - his expertise in these areas became extremely helpful working under unpredictable weather/temps. He managed to capture amazing shots of us outside which we didn't think would be possible given the negative temps...maybe one day my toes will defrost - kidding! Collin ensured our important requested shots were taken yet he threw in a lot of his own ideas which we loved. Working with Collin was fun, easy, and and very much worth it; He delivered sneak peak photos in just hours post-wedding - every bride's dream! Thank you for everything you did to make our day so special, Collin.

I highly recommend Collin Pierson. He did my husband and I's engagement photos all around Italy. He was wonderful to work with. The amount of time and creativity he put into each shot was incredible. Being a wedding photographer myself, choosing someone to shoot my own wedding was not a decision I made without considerable deliberation. Going with Collin was a good choice. He captured our day thoroughly and professionally. We had guests coming up to us throughout the day telling us what a great job he was doing. He was able to capture those candid moments we were looking for as well as help direct and pose us for the formal shots. I would absolutely recommend Collin to capture your wedding.
