We found Haines midway through wedding planning, and she was just what we needed to bring our wedding plans to life.

Her organization and attention to detail were impeccable. She managed timelines and vendor communications seamlessly. We had to change our venue with only a couple months before the wedding and Haines had solutions ready for us within a couple of hours. We certainly weren’t easy clients and Haines graciously took every curveball we threw her way.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and more than we ever could have imagined.  Her hard work and passion made our day unforgettable. We are so thankful for all Haines did to make our dream wedding a reality.

I cannot begin to describe how wonderful it was to work with Haines. She is just amazing at what she does! She is a consummate professional and does it all with grace, confidence and a sweet presence that just brings calm to everyone around her. As a mom who just wanted her daughter's dreams to come to life and to see her enjoy the day without stress, I was initially worried about all the pieces and details coming together. But working with Haines, I immediately realized that she was way ahead of us at every single step. Not only did she have every detail we could possibly think of fully in hand, she had a plan for the myriad of things that would never have even occurred to us.  Because of her tremendous skill, everything went seamlessly. Her communication with everyone- the bride and groom, the bridal party, the vendors, the families and especially the nervous moms- was absolutely exceptional!  She went above and beyond at every point, lending her expertise and gentle but confident guidance to every aspect  from setup and decor to perfectly choreographed timing, and everything in between. Even when there were small delays or unforeseen occurrences, they were almost undetectable because she was able to adapt and modify to keep it all flowing perfectly!  If you want a perfect day that is stress free and enjoyable, Haines is your planner!! We are forever grateful to her for giving us the most enjoyable wedding day we could have imagined!

Working with Haines and the Significant Events team was easily one of the best decisions my husband and I made in preparing for our wedding.

From the beginning of working with Haines, she had excellent communication skills and was very easy to get in touch with by e-mail or phone / text. She also had a very easy-to-navigate client portal that made sharing documents simple and clean. The week of our wedding, she handled all of our families' questions with the utmost professionalism and patience so that my husband and I could be clear minded the week of our wedding. Day-of, she personally ensured the girls and guys had everything they needed, and even saved the day in the midst of a bowtie mishap for the groom!

Our wedding was on the more complex side - we had our ceremony at our church and then our party at a museum downtown. Our cocktail hour and dinner were spread across multiple floors; beyond that challenge, the museum had a very compressed timeline for allowing vendors to start setup. Once the party started, she kept the reception moving and at every step of the way made sure we were happy and taken care of. The ceremony and reception went flawlessly, only because of how organized and detail-oriented Haines was in the planning! The Significant Events team were fully plugged in with a walkie-talkie app to keep things running smoothly across multiple floors of the museum. She also provided extremely clear and detailed timelines to all of our vendors in advance, making sure everyone was on the same page.

Finally, beyond being a fantastic planner, Haines was our biggest advocate. She made us feel special with extra touches like a Starbucks gift card to unwind the week of our wedding. On the day-of she ensured we had a great time as the guests of honor at our own wedding. In the days after our wedding I learned that there were a few hiccups leading up to the start of our ceremony - this was news to me! As far as I was aware everything was going perfectly, and I experienced zero stress on my wedding day.

I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Significant Events on an event. I am thrilled to share my experience working with Haines, owner and lead planner. From the start Haines demonstrated exceptional organizational skills. She sent out an initial plan, as the day grew closer, I received another detailed plan with arrival times, setup times and takedown times. Her clear communication and thoughtful planning made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Haines is THE best!! I was one of the brides who didn’t think I would need a planner but my venue required one. I was proven wrong, She truly made the day go soo seamlessly and I had no worries about anything! The bridal party was very complimentary of her and how efficient but still so kind she was!! I am confident my planning wouldn’t have gone as smoothly if it wasn’t for her, I’m sure I would have forgotten or got pulled into all the things I didn’t even know happened the day of! I recommend her to anyone who is considering using Haines for full planning or day of coordination! She will make your day perfect!!
