Her organization and attention to detail were impeccable. She managed timelines and vendor communications seamlessly. We had to change our venue with only a couple months before the wedding and Haines had solutions ready for us within a couple of hours. We certainly weren’t easy clients and Haines graciously took every curveball we threw her way.
Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and more than we ever could have imagined. Her hard work and passion made our day unforgettable. We are so thankful for all Haines did to make our dream wedding a reality.
From the beginning of working with Haines, she had excellent communication skills and was very easy to get in touch with by e-mail or phone / text. She also had a very easy-to-navigate client portal that made sharing documents simple and clean. The week of our wedding, she handled all of our families' questions with the utmost professionalism and patience so that my husband and I could be clear minded the week of our wedding. Day-of, she personally ensured the girls and guys had everything they needed, and even saved the day in the midst of a bowtie mishap for the groom!
Our wedding was on the more complex side - we had our ceremony at our church and then our party at a museum downtown. Our cocktail hour and dinner were spread across multiple floors; beyond that challenge, the museum had a very compressed timeline for allowing vendors to start setup. Once the party started, she kept the reception moving and at every step of the way made sure we were happy and taken care of. The ceremony and reception went flawlessly, only because of how organized and detail-oriented Haines was in the planning! The Significant Events team were fully plugged in with a walkie-talkie app to keep things running smoothly across multiple floors of the museum. She also provided extremely clear and detailed timelines to all of our vendors in advance, making sure everyone was on the same page.
Finally, beyond being a fantastic planner, Haines was our biggest advocate. She made us feel special with extra touches like a Starbucks gift card to unwind the week of our wedding. On the day-of she ensured we had a great time as the guests of honor at our own wedding. In the days after our wedding I learned that there were a few hiccups leading up to the start of our ceremony - this was news to me! As far as I was aware everything was going perfectly, and I experienced zero stress on my wedding day.
