We are so very happy with Karina and MK Photography! From the first talk we had with her, we had a good feeling about her as she seemed to grasp everything we wanted to achieve with our photos. Still, going into the day of the wedding with confidence, nothing could have prepared us for just how professional, gentle and sweet Karina was during our session. It's really difficult to pose and try to show these intimate moments that you want to achieve, but Karina took all the nervousness and shyness away and made us feel like it was really just the two of us, while she graciously choreographed and posed us producing the most mesmerizing photos. The results were just stunning and so much more than we had envisioned and hoped for. Karina is an artist, a professional and was simply just a joy to work with. We recommend her with all our hearts and can't wait for the next occasion that we can find to hire her again!
We don't usually write reviews, but when the service is outstanding it's the least you can do to support your vendor. Karina throughout the whole planning stage of our wedding made us feel like we were an important client. We have heard from various friends, how photographers can tend to overbook themselves, leaving less time to really spend time with you and make you feel special. From leaving less time to plan with you and taking longer to deliver the final photos back to you, none of this happened with Karina. She was super supportive throughout the planning stage which included changing the theme and venue a few times. On the day of our wedding, Karina was amazing. Outside of our own shoot, which was just phenomenal, she captured so many little details and things going on throughout the night with our guests that we would have otherwise missed. When we received our photos back, we got to relive our wedding night through Karinas lens and it was such a pleasurable ride. The quality of the prints was great and we couldn't be happier that we chose MK Photography!
We decided spur of the moment to do an engagement photo shoot and are so happy that we did and more importantly that we chose Karina. We had no idea about locations or what the experience would be like before deciding to do it, but Karina was full of ideas and suggestions. She sent us shots of locations, ideas for what to wear and spent a lot of time with us discussing different styles of the shoot so we could choose what felt best for us. When the shoot started, we were giggly and nervous and started having doubts about the whole idea thinking that we would look silly. Karina guided us effortlessly though, and captured our playfulness as though it had all been choreographed professionally. It was as if there was no photographer there, and how you imagine true intimate moments between yourselves to look like when no one is looking. We haven't planned anything for our wedding yet, but now we know who our photographer will be!
I can’t tell you how much I love Karina!! She did an amazing job, she captured all the perfect and special moments on out wedding day. If I have any more event out in Miami I will DEFINITELY book her again!
I was so excited about hiring MK Photography after seeing her work. Simply stunning! Karina was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. And as for the photos, we are just thrilled with them. So many beautiful moments captured, and moments we of course missed during the hectic day but get to relive forever! We booked Karina for our wedding the day we got back our engagement photos from her. There was simply no question that we wanted her for our wedding day as well after we saw the quality from the engagement shoot. During the planning, Karina showed us her portfolio which included other shoots she had done at the same venue, which really made us feel comfortable that we were going with the right photographer as she clearly has the depth of experience having worked a ton of weddings and in a multitude of venues. We couldn't be happier with the results, and will cherish the photos and memories from our wedding day forever, thanks to Karina. I only wish I had more opportunities to hire Karina again, but I will definitely find an excuse for another event to do another shoot!
I found Karina on Instagram and instantly loved her photos and the way she edits. We booked her for our engagement session initially earlier this year. From the very beginning, she was so sweet and makes you feel comfortable. She is very professional, knows how to pose you so you’re not guessing at what you’re supposed to do, and really cares about the work she does. We loved working with her so much for our engagement session that she was the first person we asked to do our photos for our wedding. We could not be happier with the photos she took to capture our wedding day! We received our album in less than a month out from our wedding, so turn around time is great also. I highly recommend you book her, you won’t regret it!
One of the things you really want to make sure you get right on your wedding day is picking a great photographer & videographer. With that being said, my husband and I are so beyond happy we worked with Karina & Edgar for our wedding day!! Our pictures are absolutely stunning, and I have watched our video several times now! After all is said and done, your pictures and videos will be what you have to remember your special day and I am so in love with our pictures. Karina & Edgar did such a great job choosing locations around our wedding area for pictures and the directions they gave were on point! I highly, highly recommend using them for your wedding day! You won't regret it!
Karina is an incredible photographer. We hired her for our engagement and wedding photos and our wedding video. I was worried about being nervous in front of the camera but Karina made us feel comfortable and relaxed, like a friend is taking your pictures. She is professional from the moment she answers the first phone call. She responds quickly to any questions and gave us suggestions and tips for the wedding day. Our engagement and wedding pictures Karina took are amazing ! She had great ideas for photo variety and was also helpful in getting any photos we wanted. There is not 1 photo that she took that we don’t love. The wedding video is awesome! The videographer was profesional and also gave ideas to make the video unique. So many great moments caught on camera. A lot dedication goes into the photos and videos by MK Photography by Karina.
