Then, the unexpected happened. We had a major medical emergency the day before the wedding. Brigitte was unfazed. She handled the details so we could focus on what truly mattered - taking care of our family. We were in excellent hands.
Throughout the planning process, Brigitte was responsive, honest, and incredibly resourceful. She respected our budget while still connecting us with amazing vendors—florals, food, music, makeup, transportation—all of it thoughtfully curated and beautifully executed.

We had to plan our wedding in Portugal from afar within a few months. The event was a full day affair for 150 guests with multiple components, including a pool party, a breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner, a wedding ceremony, a cocktail reception, a dance party for adults and a party for kids with a magician, science experiments and arts and crafts. Brigitte was instrumental in making sure the event was executed in the most professional and smoothest way possible. Her experience, responsiveness and attention to detail greatly exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t believe that it was possible to pull off an event like this after visiting the venue only once and having done only one food tasting. All the other communication and planning was done remotely and Brigitte's flexibility and readiness to respond to our numerous questions and requests for modifications were truly remarkable. Our wedding was beautiful, and we didn’t have to stress about any logistics whatsoever as we had full trust in what Brigitte was doing. Our guests had a fantastic time and we heard many compliments on the way everything was organized, including food, decor, music and entertainment.

Brigitte and the somethingnew team are absolutely fantastic. We organized our wedding in 7 months and entirely remotely but somehow, thanks to her experience in event planning, deep network of 3rd parties (venues, music, food, decor, etc.) and entire dedication to make your wedding the best possible for you and your guests, this worked out perfectly and even better than we wished for. Also, what many people have described as a painful process (planning for a wedding) was honestly a fun and enriching experience. We can only recommend - thank you again!
Brigette and her team planned a 3 day wedding for us at the Palace of Estoi. Creative , organised , friendly and just overall a fantastic team to work with. I put all of my trust into Brigette after we started out with another planner who just was not on the same page as us. Brigette restored all of my faith and the 3 days were just incredible.
