Rae was a pleasure to work with.  From the booking process to the finished products, everything was smooth and professional.  We had some rain on our wedding day, but Rae managed to work through the challenges and even got some beautiful and creative shots.  She was also very helpful in recommending some other vendors who helped with logistical challenges.  10/10 recommend!

We first met Rae when she did our engagement photos in Hawai'i, and we were utterly thrilled when she moved to North Carolina in time to shoot our wedding there. Both experiences were perfect. Rae is so easy to work with - her happy, enthusiastic style dissipated any potential awkwardness and helped us relax and enjoy the experience. Everyone we talked to afterwards had similar reactions - no matter how awkward they felt going in, Rae made them feel comfortable and excited.

During the wedding, she captured so many perfect moments, always nearby but never distracting or intruding. We got good photos of every single one of our wedding guests, something we didn't realize was even possible! We are absolutely delighted with our entire experience, and we would recommend Rae wholeheartedly to anyone!

We chose Rae for our wedding and I am so happy we did! She is VERY familiar with the venues in Oahu and this is so important. She knew all of the best spots for the best photos and when to take them. If there was anything in particular that we wanted Photographed she accommodated. She is very quick and efficient. She knows exactly how to spend they hours very wisely as so many things happen in a wedding. The timing has to be perfect as not too much time can be spent in one spot.
The turn around time after the edits was very fast. We were so excited to see everything as we didn’t take any pics ourselves!
She is absolutely amazing at what she does! Our pictures came out so beautiful! You really can’t beat the price for the level of expertise, amount of time spent, and the quality.
Not to mention we booked her pre-pandemic, and she worked with us to be at our wedding after rescheduling multiple times.

Had an absolutely amazing experience with Rae. We hired her to do our wedding, as well as a family session and are so glad we did! Our photos came out beautifully and she was a breeze to work with. Rae is amazing! She was so helpful leading up to our wedding, incredibly responsive and she even assisted reviewing and helping with our timeline for the day. Rae is professional and so sweet. My husband and I spent a ton of time and energy sifting through wedding vendors for our 2023 wedding, and I have to say, picking a photographer was probably the hardest decision for me. Trying to decide what aesthetic I wanted while taking vendor availability into account wasn’t an easy task (we planned our wedding in 7 months). I came across Rae’s profile on Instagram while looking through my venue’s profile and wondered why it was my first time hearing of her. Rae recently moved to NC after spending some time in Hawaii, which initially made me second guess her as my photographer. I’m not really sure why that made me hesitate, I guess in my head I thought the more familiar the person was with the area the better they would be? Totally wrong (like 200% wrong). Rae worked with me, very patiently, until I found a site for my engagement pictures that I loved. She was already familiar with my wedding venue which made me feel great. She also was a part of a styled shoot there that was absolutely breathtaking. That was definitely where my inclination to book her came from. My husband and I have taken professional pictures before but something was different with Rae. We both felt so comfortable in front of the camera and she was so easy-going, it made for such a great experience. As for the wedding photos, they were phenomenal. Like, P H E N O M E N A L. I’m not under-exaggerating one bit when I say that. She has this ability to capture the most perfect moments even in chaos. We had quite a few babies/children at our event and every single photo they were in, babies were smiling looking directly at her. If you have a baby or have tried taken photos of babies, you know that’s not an easy task. Rae was flexible and so quick to communicate with me. She will forever be a part of our wedding day and I think of her every time I see one of our beautiful photos. I’ve recommended her to SO many people. Future brides, moms, fiancés - whatever.
