I'm Rae, and I create poetic imagery from the beauty in our lives.  I think love & connection is what matters most, and I photograph through that lens.  I'm based in Raleigh, NC with my husband and two little boys, ages 5 and 2, who keep me in a constant state of wonder (with a splash of chaos).  I've fallen completely head over heels for NYC and Hawaii.    After 15 years of experience, my preferred approach blends an editorial style with fine art influences, ensuring that the results reflect your story.  But I don't take the creation process too seriously, allowing space to play and just be yourselves.  Creating art from reality is my favorite paint brush, because it just so simply IS with the right paint.
