I have been waiting a whole year to review this incredible team of wedding planners! My husband and I live in Boston and planned a destination micro-wedding in the Douro Valley of Portugal over the course of 12 months. From the very first video call I had with Ana, I felt so much kindness and warmth. Hiring her felt like such an easy decision.

Immediately after booking Ana's services, we were paired with the incredible Catarina as our direct contact. She began as a wonderful planner and turned into a great friend. Catarina was so thoughtful, so responsive, so helpful, and just overall amazing. Each question I asked her and everything I stressed over was handled flawlessly. I left this experience with Catarina and Ana feeling like I had gained new friends in Portugal.

Ana and Catarina managed every vendor communication for us. They translated contracts into English, guided me through every vendor payment, and quickly found me a new hairstylist after my original one fell through. Planning a wedding in Portugal from the US would not have been possible without them. They communicated with me constantly, from the second we booked them to days after our wedding to finalize payments.

We chose Six Senses as the location for our wedding and planned everything sight-unseen. The wedding day that resulted would absolutely not have been possible without them and their team. Every second of the day was handled by their team. From the gifts that were put in our guests' hotel rooms, to the timeline of the day, to the decor and florals, everything was just wonderful. Ana even handled my biggest anxious moment over my wedding music so kindly and her team fixed the problem so fast that there was nothing to worry about!

I also cannot stress enough how professional this team is on the day of your wedding. Four members of Ana's team were with us consistently on the day of our wedding (not including those that helped set up and manage decor). They were all dressed in beautiful matching blue outfits, were communicating with each other every step of the way for flawless execution, and were just incredible. Additionally, Ana's social media manager Tatiana joined for the day and took absolutely breathtaking photos. We were so caught up in our day that we didn't take a single cell phone photo, and the photos Tatiana took were so incredible to have while we wait for the professional ones!

I cannot recommend this wedding planning team enough. If you are getting married anywhere in Portugal, please hire Ana! She will make your day magical.

As a Dutch & Australian couple we knew when picking Portugal as our wedding location we needed a planner. From the first moment we met with Ana’s team they made us feel calm, even though we knew that in the midst of planning a wedding we had an international move. Our planner Vera gave us the most incredible day.  We knew what we wanted stylistically, and trusted the team to understand and interpret our wants, and oh did they! We loved the fact that they understand that we not only wanted to create our own perfect day, but to enjoy it and have surprises. They went above and beyond for our guests, accomodating them on their needs, and being there for us as a couple.
The team was so wonderfully kind, and made sure everything we asked for felt possible.
We cannot recommend Ana’s team, especially Vera enough. We love them!

Ana and Catarina helped us plan the wedding of our DREAMS. They were so kind and energetic, and helped us pick the perfect vendors. During the planning process, they helped us establish a vision for our decorations, but also listened to our feedback and adjusted. When we brought them crazy ideas, they embraced the ideas and executed them beyond our imagination. On the day of our wedding, they had a full team that made sure everything ran smoothly. They ensured we had food, drinks, and were able to enjoy the night. We truly had the perfect welcome party and wedding, and would not have changed a thing. They are the absolute best!

Ana, Catarina & team truly made the wedding of my dreams come to life. Within minutes of our very first meeting, she understood my vision for the day, and from then on provided sound recommendations on how to bring it to life. Her strong relationship with the best vendors around Lisbon, mixed with her ability to maximize budget to deliver the highest of standards (from this Type A bride), make her a great choice for your destination wedding planning needs! And above and beyond that, she and her team are delights to work with! Myself and our wedding party/guests fell in love with the whole team!

ACD is the absolute BEST wedding planning team I could have asked for to help my husband and I with our wedding. The entire ACD team is professional, proactive, responsive, and incredibly friendly and kind. They thought of absolutely everything from day one through the close of the wedding. I worked for a wedding planner in the states for ten years, so I can be a tough customer to please when it comes to event planning, yet ACD was perfect and I cannot believe how lucky we are to have found them. No notes!

They provided curated selections of all vendors, using their extensive experience to provide vendors that they thought would fit our “vibe” the best. Their team seemed to almost know exactly what we wanted, even though we may not have fully thought of it ourselves! For example, I had loose ideas about what I wanted the flowers/decor to look like. I sent them some inspo, then what they put together was better than I could have ever imagined. Our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the wedding weekend was, and that is predominantly due to ACD’s hard work, vision, and collaboration. Besides being phenomenal event planners, the ACD team is full of wonderful people and I will greatly miss our calls and time together.

No words can describe how perfect this team is. We cannot recommend ACD enough. If you are looking to have a unique, well-planned, and stunning event, ACD is for you.
