11 years I began my journey as a wedding photographer a decade ago, at the age of 25. My initial career path was in law, having studied it at university. However, my entry into the world of wedding photography came out quite unexpectedly. A friend of mine asked me to photograph her wedding, as at that time. Spain lacked natural style of wedding photography. That experience was a turning of point for me. I discovered a profound passion for capturing moments and emotions through the lens. Inspired by this newfound enthusiasm, I decided to pursue photography more seriously. Over the years, I assembled a talented team of professionals who share my vision and dedication. Together, we continue to craft beautiful and authentic wedding memories for couples.

Nosotros confiamos plenamente en ellos, pensando que los resultados iban a ser óptimos y no han sido así. Nos comunicaron que sois expertos capturando momentos especiales, las fotos no se ajustan ni al portfolio ni a las fotos posteadas en su instagram en ningún sentido.
- Falta de cobertura en momentos clave: No hubo suficientes fotos durante la sesión de los novios post-ceremonia. Muchas fotos con fondo poco estéticos y muchas otras en las que no se nos ve ni la cara.
- Fotografías repetitivas: Fotos muy similares en varios tramos de la boda, con los mismos ángulos, luces y composiciones.
- Selección de fotos de baja calidad: La selección que supuestamente hace la misma Alejandra es pésima. Algunas de las fotos seleccionadas para la entrega tenían luces en nuestras caras o capturaban expresiones poco agradables (bocas abiertas, ojos cerrados, etc).
- Demora en la entrega: Tuvimos que esperar seis meses para recibir nuestras fotos. Nos mandaron las fotos después de insistir un día después de que se venciera el plazo de entrega.
- Falta de comunicación efectiva: Cuando intentamos contactarlos para discutir nuestras preocupaciones y posibles soluciones, tuvimos que esperar DOS meses para recibir una respuesta, a pesar de tratar de ponernos en contacto cada semana vía mensaje, llamada o email. Y después de esperar, el mensaje fue que no podían modificar nada porque "ese era su estilo".
- Solicitud de llamada sin respuesta: Pedimos una llamada para tratar algunos puntos específicos mencionados previamente, pero nunca recibimos una respuesta.
En resumen, nuestra experiencia con esta empresa de fotografía ha sido lamentable y no se lo recomendaría a nadie. La falta de cobertura de momentos importantes, la calidad y originalidad de las fotos, el tiempo de entrega, y la comunicación inexistente han sido la tónica de nuestra relación con Alejandra y su equipo. Esperábamos una mayor profesionalidad y dedicación para capturar los momentos únicos de nuestro día especial.
