25 years I fell in love with photography at a very young age, never imagining it would take me around the world, capturing beautiful places and incredible people during a meaningful time in their lives. I started out as a newspaper photographer, I quickly learned how to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera and tell their story. Later, at the Savannah College of Art & Design, I earned a Master of Fine Arts in Photography and fell deeper in love with the craft, its history, and the power of visual storytelling though art. I’ve always loved the tactile nature and timelessness of film—medium format, 35mm, and the quirks of a Holga. My goal is always the same: to create timeless images with a sense of joy—making you feel something every time you look at them.
