TOP TIER VENDOR IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT...I cannot recommend Hopeful Events and Design ENOUGH! Rebekah and her team go above and beyond and their work truly shows. You. Get. What. You. Pay. For. and in this case, it's obvious! No detail is ever left unseen, unnoticed or forgotten. If you are looking for someone to hire for your event that is going to take everything to the next level of expectation there is no need to look any further. Rebekah and her team will make sure that you are well taken care of and that your event is something that you will remember for a lifetime. The work that the HE+D team executes is seriously like no other!
Rebekah was the most helpful overall, being that I’m the groom and struggled with how I was going to pull a wedding off while my wife was just beginning nursing school. From the start she was available day and night and worked with me throughout the whole process, when my wife and I decided that we didn’t want to do a backyard wedding anymore and wanted a venue Rebekah was there finding us venues and meeting with us to find the perfect one. Nothing could’ve been done without her and her patience along with her loving and giving personality.
I used Rebekah as my month and day of planner/coordinator and I am so happy I did! Her and her team made the day go by so smoothly and I honestly would’ve been super stressed if she wasn’t there! Her and the team were literally running around everywhere to make sure everything was going according to plan. I’d recommend her and her team to everyone for their special day!
I used Rebekah and her team as my month-of coordinator. I cannot PRAISE her enough! I originally intended for a family friend to help me the day of the wedding, but circumstances changed and I had to look for another option. Rebekah was able to help me, at what I felt was the last minute! She helped me in the two weeks leading up to the wedding to ensure I had the plan for the day scheduled out and everything we needed for the venue. I had THREE locations the day of the wedding which can make things very hectic, but not for her and her team. I had to do ZERO thinking the day of the wedding and was simply able to enjoy myself. This is the most important thing when looking for someone to help you the day of. Even different family members commented, "Dang, that lady is everywhere!" There wasn't anything I asked that she couldn't deliver. If you need help on your wedding day, look no further!
Where do I begin with Rebekah and her team! There is not enough words to express how grateful we are to have come across Rebekah’s Instagram a year ago. Rebekah is everything you can ask for in a planner especially EXTRA which is definitely a plus when planning a one in a lifetime event. Her attention to detail is beyond compare (chef’s kiss) and her vibe is unmatched. On our first meeting we discussed our vision for the wedding and she ran with it! Creating the masterpiece of an event we will forever cherish. She was always on top of things and communicated with us in a timely manner. We cannot thank her enough for LITERALLY going above and beyond for us. It was a blessing to hire a planner that has become a lifelong friend.
Best team ever! Couldn’t imagine my wedding day without them and their help. They always say hiccups are bound to happen on your wedding day but they were so on top of things and it’s like everything was just flowing perfectly.
I am beyond happy that I decided to hire a wedding planner, and cannot imagine my wedding without Rebekah. Rebekah made all my wedding dreams come true! She understood my vision more than I even did and made everything about my wedding perfect. After about a 10 minute phone call, she knew exactly what I wanted. Our original wedding got cancelled due to covid, so we decided to have a much smaller wedding at my childhood home in Houston. There is so much that goes into a wedding, even a small backyard wedding. She hooked me up with the most perfect vendors that went above and beyond to give me the wedding of my dreams. Hiring a planner is 100% worth it, and hiring a Rebekah is is 100000000% worth it!
I seriously do not have enough words to describe how amazing Rebekah is. I was a "COVID bride" and had to reschedule my wedding and venue. The theme went from farmhouse to modern industrial - aka complete flip from the original vision. Hopeful Events and Design went above and beyond for my husband and I. She executes everything with the utmost professionalism and makes your "vision" come to life. We feel so blessed and thankful to have had Rebekah as our planner. She made sure our day was absolute perfection and her personal details made it even more special. She also makes sure the process is fun which is so important. Honestly, I truly believe that she is the best wedding planner in the business.
I was on the fence about having a wedding coordinator, but let me you that having Rebekah and her team there was literally the best decision I could've made for my wedding. She is so real with you and she helped us so much through this COVID pandemic. I honestly don't know how I would've done this without her. As soon as she got to the venue, I felt so much calmer. She kept everything running smoothly and on time and also just had fun with. She truly wants to make your day the best of your life.
