We can’t recommend Symphony Weddings & Events highly enough. Planning a large Indian wedding comes with countless moving parts, and from the very beginning their team approached everything with professionalism, care, and real cultural understanding. They took the time to learn our traditions, rituals, and overall vision, then executed it in a way that genuinely exceeded our expectations. No idea ever felt too big or too small, and they were always willing to revisit details, refine plans, and make thoughtful adjustments until everything felt exactly right.
Brittany was exceptional. Her guidance made decisions feel clear and manageable, and she had a strong ability to anticipate needs, present options in a way that made sense, and keep us confident throughout the process. During the wedding week, the team kept every event running smoothly, communicated the right details at the right time, and handled any issues behind the scenes so we could stay present and actually enjoy the moments we’d worked so hard to plan.
We also want to make a special note of Andrea, who was incredible both leading up to and on the wedding day. She supported me in such a steady, calming way and was wonderful with our families, handling everything with warmth, grace, and care.

Brittany and Andrea and all of the staff at Symphony were amazing from the very first meeting. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, DO NOT HESITATE! Hire Symphony, they are the absolute best!!
Ashley was an amazing coordinator!! She was always available to meet or answer quick questions on the phone. She and her assistant were a huge help on the day from setting up, to creating the timeline, to making sure I drank enough water. Our wedding definitely wouldn’t have come together as perfectly without Ashley!
As a vendor, we had the pleasure of working with Symphony Weddings & Events, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Brittany is a true professional, even when unexpected challenges came up (out of her control), she handled everything with grace and composure, ensuring the wedding turned out absolutely beautiful. I’ll be honest — I didn’t even think we needed a wedding planner at first. But as our guest list grew and things got a little chaotic, we decided to work with Symphony Weddings, and I am so glad we did. Ashley was beyond incredible — she completely exceeded every expectation.
She was warm, responsive, and felt like a true friend throughout the entire process. Whether it was a quick text, a last-minute phone call, or a vendor question, Ashley was always there and on top of every detail. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she went so far above and beyond that it felt like she’d been planning with us all along.
From reviewing contracts and managing vendors to creating a timeline that ran flawlessly, Ashley made everything seamless. Even when we made last-minute changes — adding and removing things or booking our DJ at the eleventh hour — she handled it all with grace and professionalism.
If your wedding is over 30 guests, do yourself a favor and hire Symphony Weddings. The peace of mind Ashley gave us was priceless. I would recommend her a thousand times over — she made our day absolutely perfect, and I’d choose her every single time.

Choosing Symphony Weddings & Events to help us plan our wedding was the best first step we could have possibly taken. Brittany and her team made every choice, meeting, and appointment fun and easy to understand how the wedding planning process works. My husband and I had zero stress (unheard of) throughout the year we got to work together. Having a team to help you, especially Brittany, on the wedding day gave us the ability to fully enjoy our moment and have zero worries about logistics and timelines. They were not only professional but so kind, caring and warm hearted. Andrea goes above and beyond for her couples. She was absolutely incredible!! She handled everything with grace. She soothed my anxiety and exceeded all expectations. I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and dedication. She was very responsive and hands on wherever I needed her.
