One full year of delays, stress, rudeness, and negligence. Do not trust them with your wedding.

My one-year wedding anniversary was on Jan 21, and even as of today, I am still waiting for my wedding album.

Dealing with Delhi Velvet over the past year has been emotionally exhausting. Every deliverable, including photos, videos, edits, and albums, was delayed by months, clearly breaching the timelines mentioned in the contract. Messages often went unanswered for weeks. I would send a message in our group, receive no response, follow up again after two weeks, still hear nothing, and only after repeated chasing get a reply asking for a few more days.

The editing quality was extremely disappointing. The initial photo and video edits were poorly done and required multiple rounds of re-editing for basic corrections. Even the performance videos shared were of very poor quality. After countless follow-ups and correction requests, we finally received slightly clearer videos, again well beyond the promised timeline.

Communication and professionalism were shockingly poor. Neha once scheduled a meeting with us to discuss deliverables. Even 15 minutes before the meeting, we had to follow up asking where the meeting would be held, Zoom or WhatsApp. There was no response. Later, we found out her phone was switched off. The owner responded 15 to 20 minutes late, saying she would join shortly. The meeting finally started 45 minutes late, and it was close to midnight for us in the USA, with no apology.

An entire family photograph clicked during our reception also went missing. After months of follow-ups, the team claimed they could not find it. I am now being asked to use a screenshot to replace a lost photo, something no couple should ever have to accept from a professional photography company.

Accountability is completely missing. The owner, Divishth, consistently avoids responsibility and shifts blame to his team. At one point, when I was extremely frustrated, I called him directly, only to be told that I should schedule a meeting instead of calling. After months of delays and breaches, that response was unacceptable.

I have complete WhatsApp chat records with dates documenting the delays, missed commitments, lack of accountability, and poor communication, in case anyone doubts this review.

If you value your wedding memories, peace of mind, and time, do not book Delhi Velvet. Once payment is done, follow-ups become exhausting, professionalism disappears, and you are left chasing them for months, even a year, for things that should have been delivered long ago.

Team Delhi Velvet has been amazingly supportive since day 1. All of their team members are super talented and extremely sweet. You always need to have a certain level of comfort with the photography team because they are going to capture every single moment of your wedding. Delhi Velvet's team was so friendly and hardworking, constantly giving suggestions on how to make the pictures look better! Our main point of contact for the deliverables was Milind, somebody who had put all his efforts to make us feel content about the outputs. He was extremely considerate even in times of several iterations and edits. All in all, the whole team captured all our precious moments in the best possible way!
