Future couples planning your wedding, please consider using a different company to capture one of the best days of your life.  We do not recommend Greg and Dierdra as they are deceitful and do not have your best interest in mind.  

We found Lorenzo Media Productions using The Knot back in 2022.  We were only looking for vendors with 5 star reviews, especially for photos and video because they were the most important vendors to us.  We booked with Lorenzo Media Productions in March 2022 (We booked 1 and half years before our wedding date; so time was not an issue).  We understood our wedding would be shot by an associate team, but we were never informed it was a totally different company, called Romantic Wedding Studios – which isn’t even on The Knot.  Every email, invoice, and correspondence did not address the different company.  We booked with Lorenzo Media on 3/18/22 and the FB page of this other company (Romantic Wedding Studios) was created after (on 6/16/22 and announced on Lorenzo Media’s Page on 7/12/22) – both after we booked with Lorenzo Media.  We were not able to make an informed decision regarding who we were really booking with.  Before we booked, we were under the impression that this company always operated with associates and this was no different.  Even the website said “Only 5 spots left for the 2023 Wedding Season!”, and quality over quantity, so we believed we were hiring an elite set of luxury videographers.  This was truly not the case; however.  On their FB pages, they list ways to sell to clients, by offering “Wedding Sales 101” classes where they preach their elevator pitch and creating a sense of urgency.  We sought out legal support, and they agreed that there was some level of fraud in this.  

Our film was horrible.  There is missing footage that was so precious to us; including the flower girl entrance to the ceremony, as well as the rings being delivered in the ceremony.  My niece was born out of a miracle due to her father being a heart transplant recipient over 20 years ago.  The amount of work that went into planning the rings being delivered in a unique way was not captured.  The officiant says in the video how this moment will be great to look back on in years to come.  Unfortunately, we aren’t able to do that.  We paid a lot of money to have these moments captured, yet they were missed.  The missing footage not captured leaves us with grief in our hearts.  Additionally, the dances during the reception are mostly focused on an old ceiling with vent (even though Greg assured me that full dress would be shown).  

Looking back, there were red flags – We never had a chance to talk to the artists who would be at our wedding.  Everything went through Greg.  Also, we received countless automated emails about payment schedules and picking songs; some of which we had already addressed, yet we were continued to be bombarded.  

It was complete amateur level work and we feel absolutely betrayed to find out Lorenzo Media wasn’t even the company who handled our video.  Why not just be open and honest with clients instead of trying to mislead them?  Greg and Diedra said they’d be available before and after the wedding.  Greg would no longer answer any calls from me.  Most of Greg’s apologies were not sincere; he often said “I’m sorry you feel that way”.  We do completely understand photos/videos are art and subjective to the viewer, but missing footage and footage of unnecessary things is not art.

I honestly don't know where I should begin, so I guess I will just start. When I first started seeing Greg & Dierdra's work on Facebook, I knew before my husband Sean and I got engaged, that we were going to use  them. They were the one vendor I was not willing to compromise on. Fr om the first meeting with Greg wh ere we sat down and started discussing what our wedding vision was, the conversation was effortless. He made us feel so comfortable and answered questions that we didn't even know that we had. As everything began to fall into place for our wedding, we corresponded regularly, and e-mails from Dierdra always made us smile. They are both so incredibly kind and knowing that they were going to capture our wedding day, took so much stress off of my shoulders. The amount of relief knowing that we didn't have to worry about them made our wedding go that much smoother. They are professional, on time, easy going, and did not bat an eye lash at all of our shenanigans. They work efficiently and already sent us our sneak peak. It was beyond what we were imagining and everyone was blown away by what they showed us in just the 1 minute clip from our wedding. I honestly feel like they captured exactly who my husband and I are on one of the biggest days of our lives. If you are having any worries or doubts about having a videographer on your wedding day, DON'T! With Greg and Dierdra, no request was impossible, our guests absolutely loved them, and more than half the time, you didn't know that they were there. Call them, E-mail them, Follow them on Youtube. Let their work speak for them. It was truly a magical experience.

What a remarkable job by Lorenzo Media Productions! They arrived early the day of the wedding and got great shots of me and my bridesmaids, my husband and his groomsmen, and every small detail you can think of! They also stayed with us the entire day to capture the first look, portraits of all kinds, the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. I know a lot of couples think photos are the top priority but this videography NEEDS to be right there at the top. You do not want to miss out on the most incredible moments of the day and they do an exceptional job of capturing every single one of these moments. The 60 second video they created had us at a loss of words. Our friends and family were stunned with how well done and professional the video was. Not only did they get that to us within the first week but they also got us all of our raw footage too while we wait for our full film. Now thats exceptional service! I could honestly go on and on about Greg and Dierdra because they are just so talented at what they do and are a great team together. They had us at easy the entire process and the day of, and on top of that they are the sweetest people. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! We are forever grateful and would recommend you to every single person we know.

My husband and I were married on October 16th, 2020. From bright and early in the morning to the very last dance, Greg and Dierdre were amazing to work with. They work so smoothly throughout the day, you almost forget that they're there! I have had the pleasure of knowing Greg and Dierdre for many years now. As soon as my now husband and I were engaged, I knew then there was no one else I would have to document the most important day of our lives. Their work is so clean cut and professional. The sneak peak alone had me in tears. It was an easy decision to make and we could not have been happier! Thank you, Greg and Dierdre! When looking for a videographer, my husband and I wanted our video to be professional, classic, and something we would enjoy watching for years to come. Once we saw Greg and Dierdra's work, we knew that was the exact aesthetic we were looking for. All of their work is stunning and really captures the emotions of the day. My first phone call with Greg was so pleasant. He was kind, enthusiastic, and thoroughly explained what we could expect on the day of if we were to book with them. After seeing their work and speaking with Greg on the phone, it was an easy decision for us to move forward with booking them. Greg and Dierdra were incredibly professional throughout our entire day. We had a lot of moving parts and strong personalities surrounding us, and they were calm and professional with smiles on their faces all day. Our sneak peak, cinematic highlight, and full length film were all delivered within the promised time frame and exceeded our expectations. Greg and Dierdra produced a video that will help us relive our perfect day for years to come, and we are truly so thankful!

We had such a tough time looking for videographers for our wedding, but once we saw Lorenzo Media Productions videos, we knew it was exactly what we were looking for. They were so sweet and helpful throughout the entire day. It was truly a pleasure to work with this husband and wife team and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a videographer. They did a remarkable job from beginning to end. We keep watching the raw footage and 30 minute film over and over again. We shared the video with family and friends and they keep complimenting how beautiful it came out. We got the edited video way before expected time! As a makeup artist in the wedding industry, I have worked with many videographers. I worked with Greg and Diedra on a wedding when I first started and was completely blown away by their work. For years I told my boyfriend at the time that there was no way I would ever be able to have them be a part of our wedding since they book up so fast. Fast forward 3 years when we got engaged and I reached out to Greg and Diedra right away. And like a dream coming true, they were available for my wedding day. Leading up to our wedding, I was the most excited to have them be there to capture our day. In many ways when they actually showed up on my wedding day I felt like I needed to pinch myself. Like are they really here to capture my wedding day? Hahaha. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Myself, my husband, and our entire family was so comfortable to be around Greg and Diedra. And they truly captured every moment of our wedding day in the most beautiful way. I truly can not thank them enough for making this girl's dream come true. If you are a bride looking for an amazing videographer, look no further! Book Greg and Diedra now!!!

If you are even slightly on the fence about booking a videographer, do not hesitate...and run, don't walk...to Lorenzo Media Productions. My fiancé and I weren't sure if we "needed" a video of our big day (who watches it, right?). Let's just say...we were wrong. So wrong. Greg & Diedra responded to our inquiry immediately and sent us a few examples of their work. We watched three "30 min" features, on random couples we didn't even know, and we were both bawling our eyes out. The work Greg & Diedra do is outstanding and cannot be matched. They were amazing to work with, knew everything about our special day, knew the venue, and everything we wanted to be included in our video. We went through the whole "covid postponed our wedding" drama, and they were they for us every step of the way. Trust me...you will NOT be sorry you booked them!! My only piece of advice is hire them ASAP, they're a wanted company & book up fast!
