For our wedding at Adler planetarium, Lori provided the circle arch and florals, along with corsages and boutonnieres for distinguished guests. We corresponded through email and only got to exchange smiles and waves on the day of the wedding, but Lori was awesome! She got the arch and florals up in no time, and it looked BEAUTIFUL during our sunset ceremony. It looked way better than what we asked for in our reference photos. Our guests used the floral arch as a backdrop for photos after the ceremony, too! Highly recommend Vrinspirations for your florals!
In the photo I am holding a DIY bouquet that I made with my bridesmaids, but if I had a bigger budget, I would've requested bouquets from Lori since her work is so beautiful. I don't have full set of photos from my photographer John Foley yet, but this was one of the teaser images he released!

Choosing VRinspirarions for my wedding was the best decision I made. Lori and John were so on top of things and genuinely cared about the event. I didn’t feel like it was just another job for them.
When my venue canceled on me last minute, they offered support and solutions, in fact it was Lori who had made me aware of the changes. Lori got on the phone with me multiple time to go over every last detail so I didn’t have to worry about anything. Last minute on the day of she arranged flowers because my family decided they were a must. She sat with me in the bridal room so I wasn’t alone.
I highly recommend VRinspirations to any bride who wants to feel like her wedding planner or coordinator truly cares about them and their event. They truly are the best!

Wow, we had an amazing experience with Vrinspirations as our Day of Coordinator. Lori and John attended our Walk-through asking all the right questions, helped us stay organized leading up to our reception, and provided the exact support we were looking for at our reception communicating with vendors, helping us make sure everything was set up correctly, and always being in the right place to provide support when needed. I would absolutely recommend Vrinspirations to plan your next event. Thank you for helping make sure our big day went so smoothly!
Jordan and I couldn’t have been more blessed to have Lori and her team help plan our big day! I only signed up for partial planning but the Vrinspirations team assigned to our wedding went above and beyond for us. John, Lori’s partner in the business who also happens to be her amazing husband, made sure that our rehearsal and our special day would be more than what we expected. And omg, they surely delivered! Our guests loved his attention to detail, his proactive approach and overall great job in making sure everyone was happy and accounted for. I reached out to Lori not knowing anything about her. I just knew she had pretty good reviews and her rates were within our budget. Lol Turns out, her husband, yes… John, was from the same town as my husband and their families knew about each other from way back. If that’s the universe working it’s magic on us, then I’m all for it! Thank you so much Lori and John for making our wedding day the best day of our life. It was everything we wanted and more! If you’re looking for a wedding planner that really cares, do yourselves a favor and book them.
We used Vrinspirations a few weeks ago for our wedding flowers & decorations. Everything turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Lori was a pleasure to work with. She was always available when I had questions or when I wanted to show her pictures of my vision. If you are looking for your wedding florist, I highly recommend Vrinspirations!
I thought I could manage our 35-person wedding event on my own with an on-site event coordinator at a venue in River North. But when I started planning about 4 months out, I quickly realized I had neither the time nor the creative energy to make the event everything we wanted it to be. Enter Lori and her team... GOLD! Upon meeting her for the first time, I immediately breathed a sigh of relief. I had already booked all my vendors and just needed flower ideas and design (gorgeous!), coordination with the venue (whew!), officiant (John, you rock!), and day-of coordination - down to queing musicians when to play songs. Added together, it was total enjoyment and peace of mind. Lori and team delivered ten times over. We had a beautiful wedding, and we are grateful.
Lori and her team made our dream wedding a reality! We live out of state and not too familiar with the Chicago area but Vrinspirations helped with all the planning details. We had a strict budget to stick to and we ended up under budget thanks to Lori! She was quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. She also coordinated with all our vendors on our behalf. On the day of the wedding she was with us the whole day making sure everything was executed the way we wanted it! Thanks to Lori and her team, planning our wedding was a breeze!
Our wedding brought us a lot of unexpected surprises being in Chicago in January during Covid but Lori was completely up for the challenge and went above and beyond in every way! She wasn’t only our day of planner but she worked with us for weeks prior and was always available to jump on call or answer our questions. Having her there on our big day was invaluable and we couldn’t recommend Vrinspirations enough! Thank you so much!
Lori was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. Our wedding was scheduled for 2020 and once we postponed we were referred to her by a friend and as soon as we signed the contract she hit the ground running. She was extremely organized and took the reins in contacting our vendors and coordinating everything from intro meetings, timing for the day of and everything in between. She was so helpful in providing recommendations and was quick to do anything she could to make the day perfect regardless of the hiccups we dealt with because of the pandemic. On the day of, she was cool and collected - managing all of the details and making sure we were having the best time. Above all she was extremely supportive throughout the planning process and continued to show that she genuinely cared for us and wanted us to have the best day ever by checking in throughout the days leading up to the wedding. We couldn’t have been happier with Lori & her team and highly recommend her for your day. We love her so much & cannot thank her enough!
I am so grateful to have found Lori and her team! If you are questioning getting a wedding planner or even day of coordinator, DO IT! Lori is your answer. She took care of every detail and ensured that every step of the day went smoothly. We were on schedule for everything! Lori went above and beyond in picking up all of the things that needed to be set up a few days before the wedding and had it set up exactly like we had envisioned. We didn't have to think about a thing! 10/10, would highly recommend for a perfect night!
