Tara is the best!!!! when my fiance and i were shopping around for photographers we had a really specific vision and within seconds of talking to Tara we felt immediately like she got it! and it was equally important for us to vibe and connect with whoever we went with, which became an understatement once we met Tara! she understood our dynamic and our personalities and helped capture those in our vision for our engagement shoots. she was attentive and helpful along the preparation journey for those and i can’t say how excited we our for her to join us and capture our wedding next spring! could not recommend enough!!!! lucky for my fiance alex and i, not only did we find an amazing, confident, competent photographer in tara but also a new friend!
I can’t rave enough about Tara! My wife and I eloped in December 2024 and had a photoshoot with Tara at the Rittenhouse in Philly and let me tell you– not only were the pictures absolutely to die for and even better than we imagined, but so was the experience! We were nervous going into it as neither of us felt totally comfortable in front of the camera but Tara helped so much with that. Her energy is EVERYTHING and you can tell she really prioritizes the experience of her clients. We felt super comfortable which made the pictures come out INSANELY BEAUTIFUL!! We have our elopement celebration coming up and there’s no one else we trust to capture it like Tara!
Just leave everything up to Tara. She is an artist. Her perspective in pictures is truly captivating. When I look back at my wedding photos I feel all the emotions of that day.

We found Tara through Instagram while looking for wedding photographers who mainly shoot for LGBTQ+ couples. Her photography immediately caught our eyes and honestly once I saw her past wedding photos I didn’t want to keep looking! She met with us through Zoom and we instantly felt comfortable and felt like connected well. We booked her and can honestly say she is worth every penny and more! She connects with you, makes you feel confident, has a fun personality, and is so professional! Most importantly, our wedding photos came out so beautifully and we are in love with them! She was great at communicating and made sure we were always okay. We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer. Whether you’re in Philly or across the world, we HIGHLY recommend Tara! We are so proud that we get to show these pictures to our family, friends, and future children!

When we first started planning our wedding, in my mind the most important vendor to hire was our photographer because the service they provided was going to be something that we’d see over and over again for the rest of our lives. So after the hours of research and scrutiny over the photographers our wedding planner sent us, I can easily say that I am beyond happy with our decision to hire Tara.
Tara has a wonderful eye and also has a talent to capture LGBTQ weddings in a way that gave me pause with other photographers we interviewed. It’s honestly an important thing to consider and Tara’s portfolio really speaks to her abilities. During our engagement shoot, Tara was such a positive and upbeat force that really helped me feel at ease for what is something that I’m not usually the most comfortable with – posed photos. Her method to capture truly fantastic moments between me and my fiancé was truly amazing. On the day, Tara somehow managed to be both everywhere and nowhere at the same time. She couldn’t be spotted and yet got something like 900 photos of the best day of our lives. All of which were absolutely stunning. To top it all off, she managed to send us all of our photos within 3 weeks of our wedding – and I think she had COVID during those 3 weeks! I was amazed by the turnaround time. Tara’s truly a fantastic photographer and you will not regret hiring her.

Tara photographed my engagement photos, wedding, and multiple lifestyle photos. She is truly brilliant. As a woman who is self conscious in photos - I seriously love every single one! She has an ability to guide you through your most beautiful poses and looks so effortlessly - you have no idea she is even doing it. You want to look beautiful on your wedding day - and Tara makes sure this happens also in front of the camera. Tara you are amazing!

Our DJ actually recommended Tara to us, and working with her was truly one of the best parts of our experience. My wife and I were super apprehensive about taking "romantic" professional photos, as we didn't think that was really "our vibe." Not only did Tara make us feel completely comfortable with taking those photos, she helped to push us out of our comfort zone to get even more beautiful photos than we thought possible! Tara was super flexible with us during the planning process and helped us navigate everything when we had to postpone our original wedding date due to COVID. She also answered all of our questions and eased our minds when we were still a little nervous about having our wedding this year. On our wedding day, she knew that we wanted to enjoy as much of our cocktail hour and reception as possible and worked with us to get beautiful photos in a timely manner after the ceremony so that we could greet all of our guests and eat hors d'oeuvres! I honestly could go on and on, but her work really speaks for itself. She is beyond talented and is just a joy to be around. Hire Tara. I promise it will be one of the best things you do for your wedding.

A great photographer was our highest priority when planning our wedding, and as soon as we saw Tara's work we knew we'd found exactly what we were looking for. Not only is her work gorgeous though, she creates such a wonderful environment even for two photo shy brides. We loved that an engagement session came included with our package, because we got to develop a relationship with Tara beforehand. We've never felt so safe in front of camera, even though the moments she's capturing are very intimate. She was the perfect person for us to have around on such an important day, and the photos she captured are unreal and so beautiful. We love her and her work so much.

Tara's work is unlike anything I've ever seen before. She has just an artistic eye for the most beautiful and romantic shots. She was the first vender I booked when I got engaged. My sister got married 3 years ago and used Tara as her photographer and I knew then that I had to have Tara shoot my wedding one day. From the engagement photos to our wedding, everything is so beautiful. She made everything feel effortless and really showed our love in every photo. We got our preview photos and it took my breathe away. She is also so much fun, she taught me how to do the wobble on our dance floor! We had such a blast at the wedding and her work is spectacular. You will want to hire Tara because she was the best money I spent on anything at my wedding! She was beyond perfect!

Tara ended up coming to our rehearsal dinner at my wife’s parents house, and she immersed herself immediately into conversations with our family and friends. Everyone loved her and the vibe was so so great going into the wedding day! The day of, Tara stayed on schedule the entire time, and was so much fun to have around with us. Tara has a way of making everyone feel comfortable and beautiful, and she ended up capturing our love so perfectly. We cannot thank Tara enough for all of our beautiful pictures, and can’t wait to work with her in the future!
