Tara managed to capture every moment that was so important to us in an absolutely beautiful way. Every time we look at our photos from our engagement and our wedding we relive them both and we are reminded of exactly how we felt during each moment. We knew we wanted to hire Tara for our wedding before we even got engaged and to have that come true is everything we would’ve hoped for. Our day would’ve not been as perfect had Tara not been the one capturing these moments for us. She has an innate artistic ability and true eye for photography. She made both of us so comfortable in front of the camera and she felt like one of our biggest cheerleaders in the crowd. We will be sure to use Tara for all of our photography needs in the future.

Tara is a phenomenal photographer and human to work with you. I had her as my photographer for my engagement pictures and wedding and I highly recommend choosing her for your special day too.
Just leave everything up to Tara. She is an artist. Her perspective in pictures is truly captivating. When I look back at my wedding photos I feel all the emotions of that day.

Everything Tara snaps is gold. So far we've only had our engagement pictures taken, but they were amazing and far beyond anything I could have expected. If you want a photographer that will capture unique and beautiful moments this is your gal. Tara is also extremely responsive and always provides helpful advice and insights. Tara is hands down an outstanding photographer. Not only is Tara extremely passionate, personable and fun, which truly helps make you comfortable but her work is exceptional. Looking at her photographs literally leaves me speechless and I cannot stop looking at our engagement and wedding photos. She truly captures the magic and love of your most memorable moments, and tells the best story throughout each photograph. My husband and I are beyond thrilled with her work and I would recommend to her to every couple.
If you know what is good for, book Tara for your wedding photography. My husband and I are insanely awkward in photos, and although we were still awkward in real life during he photos she captured moments that looked natural. She was one of the major reasons I felt so damn beautiful that da in march. She has such a great spirit that makes for an easy day. We tried to cram all our formal photos into the cocktail hour due to that fact that we hate being in photos. It was perfect for us because we have a list of photos we wanted for group/family shots and she motored through them like a champ. She kept everything light and fun, but also kept control of the whole thing. I have zero vision and could not understand the concept of some of the photos she was setting us up for, but when I saw the sneak peek photos I was floored. She killed it. She seemed to have fun at our reception as well - she did a lot of candids at the reception and I really cannot wait to see how the rest of the photos turned out. We were thrilled working with her and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for someone with an incredible gift who knows how to keep you calm in moments where you feel awkward. You don't just want Tara as your wedding photographer - you NEED her. She is a consummate professional and a delightful person. The photos she took of us are absolutely stunning, despite our awkwardness in front of a camera. Her rates are incredibly competitive. From the moment we met her to talk about her style and our needs, to our engagement shoot, to our wedding day, to our post-wedding correspondence, Tara has been nothing but wonderful, helpful, and eager to make sure we were really happy with everything. As a lesbian couple, we were anxious to find a photographer who we could really be comfortable - Tara is that and more. On the day of the wedding, Tara not only took amazing photographs - she went to great lengths to ensure that we had a wonderful experience, stepping in at just the right moment to whisk us outside (and away from some family members) for some evening shots. She was also no-nonsense with the list of family shots that needed to be taken, working through the list efficiently and giving family members no room to interfere - something that I had not realized we needed until that moment.
