We had Sam as our wedding photographer and could not recommend him highly enough!
Hiring the right photographer was one of the most important parts of the whole wedding planning process, and we loved what we had seen of Sam's work before our wedding - but we could not have imagined our pictures would be so fantastic.
Sam made the whole planning process very smooth. Sam always responded quickly to any queries, provided many useful tips along the way, and took the time to run through our wedding day timeline with us in detail so that we could maximise the time spent enjoying the wedding and with our guests, and still get all of the shots.
On the day, Sam's calm and relaxed demeanour really took away a lot of the pressure and kept things moving along smoothly. Sam made everyone feel comfortable and we had a lot of fun with our wedding party and during our portraits.
We were also so lucky to get our photos back from Sam so quickly. We had the preview shots a couple of days after the wedding, the slideshow within a week and our full gallery shortly after that.
The pictures capture so much of the joy from the day and feel completely natural and completely us. We are so grateful to Sam for capturing all of the special memories and can't thank him enough! If you are looking for an 11/10 photographer - Sam is your guy.

Sam was an absolute dream to work with. It was one of the best decisions for our wedding to have him capture it. From the moment we booked him, he gave us advice and so much guidance throughout the entire process, which when you are planning a wedding made it that little bit less stressful. He had given us runsheet advice, timing advice, position advice, lighting advice, just to name a few. We are so thankful Sam took the time to set up his lights for our first dance and father/daughter dance it really made a different in the photos and they are stunning.
When we received our first look at the photos, our reaction was WOW! Honestly Sam is a legend, and it is the best money we spent on our wedding! After all photos last a lifetime. I think we have watched our slideshow about 200 times since receiving it.
On the day, Sam made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera, it was carefree and enjoyable. Sam captured the day so perfectly. I honestly can’t believe how he can be in 9 places at once.
He captured the happy tears, laughs and special moments throughout the ceremony and speeches, he even captured me doing the worm in my wedding dress along with lots of fun on the dance floor, to our ceremony confetti cannons, these photos we will treasure forever. Sam was able to capture moments I missed or had forgotten about since the day. It goes so quickly and to be able to look back, laugh, cry, and remember an amazing day through these photos.
I questioned myself on not having a videographer on the day and thought we would be missing out, but after receiving our photos and slideshow back, it take us back to the day and we were able to relive it so clearly. I honestly don’t feel like we missed out on anything.
I am totally obsessed with our photos and cannot thank Sam enough for everything he has done, you captured our wedding beautifully.

From the moment we booked Sam, we were given so much helpful advice that was truly invaluable in the lead up to our big day. Sam goes above and beyond as a photographer and we felt supported and prepared throughout the entire process.
We booked Sam in for a family shoot a few months before our wedding, and it was the best decision. Sam captured the most magical photos of our little family. His relaxed and easy going nature behind the camera really allowed us to feel relaxed in front of it. When our two boys decided to jump in the surf mid shoot, Sam was straight down at the water's edge capturing their unbridled joy.
On our big day, Sam's approach was a bit different to the family shoot. He was still a very calming presence, but this time you felt he was on a mission, and that was to capture the most incredible photos for us to look back on time and time again.
Once we arrived at the venue, Sam was a perfect mixture of fly on the wall and photographic director. We aren't the biggest PDA couple but Sam managed to gently coax us in a way that didn't feel forced or cringe worthy.
The day we received our full gallery, we were blown away! We couldn't believe it was actually us! We are hard pressed to decide which ones to hang on our wall.

Sam Wyper did an incredible job of photographing our special wedding day. We spent ages searching for the right photographer. When we came across Sam’s portfolio it was exactly what we were looking for in regards to image quality including clarity, lighting, contrasts and positioning etc. We have received our photos and can safely say he did not disappoint!! We are very grateful for not only our stunning photos/memories that we will cherish forever, but also for the tremendous effort and support we received from the moment we contacted Sam to afterwards. We received amazing advice and recommendations that included so many things that we didn’t even think of. We received updates and reminders (which you will be SO grateful for).
