If you are looking for a professional, kind, and talented hair and makeup artist - book Marina! Marina has been a delight to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone! From the engagement shoot to the wedding day, you can tell she takes great pride in her work and will do everything possible to ensure you are looking and feeling your best! She made me feel glamorous but still feeling like me, and I wish i had more occasions to have her do my hair and makeup. She also made my bridesmaids look so amazing as well. Thank you!
My husband and I got married on 5/4/24, and I hired Marina to do hair and makeup for both my mom and I on the morning of the wedding. From start to finish, Marina was one of my favorite vendors! She was organized, responded promptly, worked seamlessly with my venue and planner, and was kind and lovely to be around during the hectic morning of the wedding. Marina perfectly executed elevated, natural looking, glowy makeup for my mom and I. My makeup didn’t budge despite happy tears and being out until almost 3am after the wedding! My hair lasted beautifully, thanks especially to Marina’s suggestions and help during the planning process. She left us with a small touch up kit for hair and makeup that neither my mom nor I needed. From communication at the beginning, to the trial, through the end of our wedding, I’m thrilled that we worked with Marina!
I don't think I could say enough good things about Marina. She went totally above and beyond throughout my experience working with her for my wedding HMU. She worked with me to find the right look both for makeup and hair and made me feel heard and understood the entire time. The final look was above and beyond what I ever dreamed and I had a great time working with Alena, one of her hair partners as well. My family who got HMU couldn't stop talking about how much they loved her work as well and all of us hope to work with Marina again in the future! She made me feel so beautiful but still like myself which was exactly what I was looking for!
Marina is your best choice! She is very professional and very friendly and easy to work with! You don’t have to worry about anything, she has all under control! Also she gave me great advice about make-up and hair style and I loved it! I could not recommend her more!!
I’m so happy I found Marina! I have super curly hair that I wanted to keep natural for my big day and she did an amazing job enhancing my natural curl! She did an amazing job on my makeup, I wanted a natural soft glam look and she delivered! She also did a wonderful job on my two bridesmaids. Marina is very friendly & professional, you can tell she loves what she does and is an expert at her craft! 10/10 would recommend her everyone.
Marina is amazing! She did makeup for seven people on my wedding day and everyone loved how they looked. We all wanted a natural but elevated look and despite not having specific instructions or preferences (I also hadn't done a trial), Marina did an great job ensuring that the makeup was well-suited to each person but still cohesive among the entire bridal party. The makeup lasted for the entire wedding without any need for touch-ups on a hot day. She was also a warm and calm presence on the wedding day. I have nothing negative to say about the experience and would highly recommend using Marina for your wedding!
Writing this review as a full-service wedding planner who recently worked with Marina and her team for my client's wedding and here to sing her praises! Marina and her team are SO talented, accommodating, kind, and incredible! Marina was wonderful and extremely professional with communication, keeping us all updated on the schedule, process and progress throughout the day. All of the ladies' glam was perfection and stayed even with the humidity/interesting weather we were having. Marina is the best and super patient! She stayed past cocktail hour to change up my bride's look from ceremony and give her a touch up, I loved working with her and her team and will continue to recommend her to all my clients!
Marina is a kind, thoughtful professional who really listens to you and your needs. From our first consultation, to the trial, to the actual wedding day, Marina guided me with her expertise and helped me achieve the exact look I was going for. I felt absolutely gorgeous and confident on my wedding day but, most importantly, I felt like myself! My mother, sister, and best friend also had their hair/makeup done by Marina and everyone was so happy with the result — even my mother who usually does not like having her hair & makeup done! I trusted Marina completely from beginning to end, and I’m so happy we got to work together!
Marina is a wonderful hair and makeup artist. For my wedding day, not only did she do my hair and makeup, she did my moms and sister. She took her time and listened to what everyone wanted and made sense for the day. Her work lasted all evening and photographed beautifully.
Marina did an incredible job for my wedding day! She made feel the most beautiful bride ever. My makeup and hair were elegant and fit perfectly with my dress and personality. She worked with me closely to make sure that everything was perfect which really accentuated my natural beauty. She was very flexible and took any questions and concerns into consideration, and adapted to all of my wants and needs to make my special day the best it could be. The make up and hair looked wonderful on the pictures and it lasted all day long, she uses high quality make up and hair products. Could not recommend Marina enough!
