I regret to say that my experience with Lacy was extremely disappointing. After paying over $30,000 for her services, I expected a high level of professionalism and attention to detail, but what I received was far from that.
From the start, communication was a major issue. She rarely returned phone calls, leaving us feeling neglected and anxious. On the day of the event, it became clear that she hadn’t organized anything as promised. Guests were confused when it came time to cut the cake, and the bouquet and garter toss were completely forgotten. It was left to our family to coordinate everything, which is not what we paid for.
The photography was another disaster. There was zero structure, and the moments that should have been special were poorly posed and rushed. We didn’t receive the invitations until much later than promised, which she claimed was due to a delay in ordering—something she lied about.
On top of everything, she charged extra for every little thing, clearly focused on her own agenda—getting tablescapes and content for her website—rather than ensuring our day was memorable. It was frustrating and disappointing to see so little emphasis on our special moments. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

Lacy is a one-of-a-kind gem of a woman who genuinely cares deeply about connection and authenticity. Her work is inspirational on so many levels, but more importantly, her attention to detail, traditions and family values are why each event has so much soul and movement. She takes the time to build a personal relationship with each client and pulls an all-star team of creatives together that mesh like family. I cannot imagine anyone more loyal, devoted and loving to turn any bride’s dreams into reality.
Besides marrying my husband Zach, deciding to hire Lacy was the best decision I made for my wedding! I'm seriously not kidding - I couldn't imagine my wedding without her as my planner & designer. Lacy was instrumental in ensuring I secured the right vendors, inspiring and executing my aesthetic vision, and making sure everything ran perfectly smooth on the wedding day itself. Not only is Lacy brilliant, but she is kind, reliable and so calm - these are important traits you want in your planner as it gives a great sense of ease in the days leading up to the wedding.
Lacy is an absolute dream to work with! Not only is she incredibly talented and a detail oriented stylist and planner, but she has the biggest heart. She goes above and beyond for her clients and vendors to ensure everyone has everything they need and more. She is incredibly accommodating and every event with Lacy is a success!
Lacy has a unique eye for design and recommended detailed elements that we would never have thought to consider, but fit in perfectly with our vision. Although we both wanted to be closely involved in the planning process, she consistently brought her expertise and new ideas to our attention to help make our wedding day an "experience" for our guests, which was of the utmost importance to us.
Lacy worked with us to make my daughter's wedding a dream come true. She has an incredible eye for detail and a unique ability to put everything together flawlessly. We were impressed with her ideas, work ethic, creativity, and genuine kindness and compassion. She created the perfect "event" for us and all of our guests.
