Do not let the "good" reviews fool you since they're most likely from his friends. This guy (Rohaan) is extremely irresponsible, rude, and unskilled. He showed up an hour late to our wedding dressed as a bum and we almost missed the pre-wedding shoot. During the wedding he took very lousey pictures and we were having to tell him what to do. He doesn't know anything about posing, lighting, or directing. His contract states 2-3 weeks for processing time but we got our pictures four and a half months later. And the worst part is that he basically ghosted us for that whole time. My wife and I even lost hope at one point that we'll ever receive the pictures. After much begging, we finally got the pictures which were completed unprocessed, unfiltered, and unorganized. He basically uploaded the SD card online and sent us the link. Oh, we also paid for a video clip which obviously we didn't get. This photographer is a complete fraud. I'm currently in the litigation process to get my money back.
Rohaan is super easy to work with & very accommodating! He was super responsive throughout the entire service and he really does go above and beyond to ensure he captures the best moments of your event. I’ve used his services a few times this year already and cannot wait for my fall shoot with him! ☺️ Highly recommend!!
Rohaan from The Essence Studios is the best photographer I have worked with, and this is coming from someone who has worked with at least 7-8 photographers for events ranging from weddings to birthdays to baby showers.
Unique feature for this studio is that they are equally good with candid photos and staged portraits.
He makes a great use of the environment and situation also. I was specifically impressed by some of his shots he took at a recent wedding of the guests/family when they were not even aware that are being photographed. And he did equally good job with portraits of that event.
Over all they have a great eye, and I highly recommend them.

Rohaan from The Essence Studios is such a skilled and talented event photographer, I have seen his portraits from a recent wedding and some pictures he took back in a birthday party. His skills are remarkable, and does exactly what he is asked to. Always delivers beyond expectations and has a great eye as a photographer.

Great experience! Essence studios captured all the perfect moments and the way the photographs turned out to be was exactly how I wanted. I have always been a little uncomfortable with getting my photos taken but with Rohaan, it didn’t feel like I had to try very hard because he has a great eye when it comes to capturing emotions. He was great to work with and did an outstanding job! Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved working with Rohaan and his sister for my bridal shower. They did such an amazing job capturing the whole event and making it one I will never forget. I loved Essence Studio’s work so much that I hired them again for my anniversary photos, which they absolutely killed! If you’re looking for a photographer, I’d definitely recommend Essence Studios!
