Shannon and her team are absolutely fabulous and their absolute dedication, incredible energy, extreme professionalism, attention to detail and calmness made our daughter and son-in-law's wedding weekend a huge success!

Hiring the team for month of coordination and day of planning allowed our families to relax and enjoy every single moment of the events. Michelle and Chris are an incredible team and we saw them literally sprint across lawns, down stairs, whip out their backpacks, drop to the floor and handle any and all issues that arose (as they always will!) and also were so incredibly attentive to all family members and the bridal party. When we shared with our florist, caterer, musicians, venue and vendors that we were working with Shannon Wellington Weddings they all immediately reassured us that this was going to be an amazing event, and indeed it was!!

Michelle's assistance with all of the timelines and coordinating and working with the vendors allowed our family to enjoy the time leading up to the wedding weekend rather than being panic-stricken, exhausted and overwhelmed. We thank you all for allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of A+P's wedding and we will forever remember you and be grateful.

There are simply not enough good things to say about Shannon Wellington Weddings and Events. I originally contracted Shannon and team for the weekend package but when COVID we had to postpone the wedding one time and then completely change the venue of our wedding to my parents´ house. I asked Shannon and team to upgrade our contract and use them full time. BEST DECISION EVER. Michelle was a dream to work with. She is so responsive and professional on top of extremely talented and fantastic at what she does. The day of the wedding I felt completely at ease knowing that Michelle was in charge. Shannon Wellington Weddings and Events is worth every cent. Book them now!

Could not recommend Shannon Wellington Weddings enough! I did a lot of research and budgeting to figure out if we could afford a wedding a coordinator, and which one to hire. A coordinator seemed like a luxury, but I realized I'd much rather cut costs in other areas in order to be able to enjoy my wedding day -- and I am SO glad I did! Everyone told me my wedding day would fly by and I totally get why, but my SWW Coordinator, Michelle, allowed me to stay present and soak up the day while she made sure everything was perfect. :) My whole bridal party just adored her! We also had an assistant coordinator, Jenny, who helped out the day of and she was also amazing! Michelle and Jenny asked me and my husband what our favorite drinks were, and made sure they were in our hands right after the ceremony (and kept them coming as we socialized after!). They just really made the day so magical! If you've budgeted for a coordinator, hire Shannon Wellington Weddings. If you haven't budgeted for a coordinator, cut some lighting/flowers/etc. and hire Shannon Wellington Weddings.

My husband and I had a two year engagement before our October 2022 wedding, and about a year into planning, I had booked all of the major vendors but was still feeling stressed about all the decisions that still needed to be made. I reached out to Shannon Wellington Weddings, who I had been following for a while on Instagram, and originally inquired about month-of coordination. After talking with Michelle on the phone, I decided to go with SWW for full planning services and I am SO happy we did. Even for a very organized, type-A person like me, wedding planning was stressful and was starting to feel like a second job. I was having trouble keeping up with everything, and bringing in the experts to take planning off my plate instantly relieved the stress and made the months leading up to our wedding so much more enjoyable. Michelle took care of everything from communicating with all of our vendors, managing deposit deadlines, coordinating the day-of timeline, and much more, while proactively handling issues along the way. She was super organized and responsive, and anytime something came up or I voiced a worry (there were a few Bridezilla moments), she was ready to go with a plan and a reminder that everything was going to be okay. There is no one I would rather have in control of all the details than Michelle, and I think the best part of the planning process was definitely the day-of coordination. Not only did we get to hang out with Michelle all day which totally put us at ease, but as a bonus, we also had Chris from the SWW team for day-of coordination to add even more assurance that everything would go 100% perfectly. Michelle and Chris are AWESOME people and so much fun. I truly felt like they were good friends by the end of the weekend. Chris even saved the day when we forgot our champagne toasting glasses (used by my in-laws at their wedding!) at home, and drove to our house to pick them up. Michelle and Chris thought of everything, kept things running smoothly, and allowed us to simply enjoy our day, which was the best wedding gift of all.
