Amy and Aaron are absolutely incredible! They were wise and calming guides through the stress and excitement of wedding planning. However, where they truly shined was the day itself-- where we did not have to think about a single thing besides experiencing every moment. They flawlessly coordinated everything and still had time to reassure and support us when we got nervous! If you are looking for the perfect planners and coordinators to ensure all you have to worry about on your big day is showing up, you cannot do better than Perfect Storm.
Aaron & Amy were absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding. They made sure everything was on track with planning and let us stay as involved or not involved as we wanted to. The day of the wedding was much less stressful knowing that they had everything in control. We also worked with them for our florals which turned out more beautiful than we imagined - knowing that Amy sourced so much of the florals locally was wonderful. In addition to the amazing planning they were so truly so kind throughout the process, even checking in if I needed help with dress shopping when I mentioned I didn’t have family nearby. We can’t recommend Aaron & Amy enough.
Aaron and Amy were the best Wedding planners we could have ever asked for! We got married July 2024 and they were our lifesavers. They were super reliable, communicative, and they know their stuff! We booked them for partial planning, design, day-of coordinators and floral and they absolutely killed it! Honestly having a wedding vendor that can do 4 different parts of your wedding is a must. We loved our time working with them and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. From their unwavering reliability to their exceptional communication skills, they made the entire process seamless. They’re a perfect 10/10!
The Perfect Storm Moments team of Aaron and Amy made our wedding so easy and seamless. We went with their full planning package and floral design. We wanted some non-traditional elements in our wedding, and they were right there, giving us support and excitement for the day to be fully ours and reflective of us. They live up to their name and in my opinion, do kick-ass work for a kick-ass experience for bride, groom, and guests. Their communication was always timely, and all their venue and vendor recommendations were spot-on. To be honest, I have so few photos of the day because I was too busy enjoying the activities Aaron and Amy had helped set up. From the moment we met them, it felt like we were working with our friends to create a meaningful experience.
Amy and Aaron are a fantastic coordinating team. They have a confident energy that is grounding for anxious brides - you really feel like you can trust them to take care of things. I felt so relieved after our introductory call with them and was immediately sure this was the best investment we could make for our wedding day. They provide more support than just showing up on the day of - they really helped us get all the final details in place in the weeks leading up to our day. This allowed us to focus on being present with family/friends and actually enjoying the wedding experience instead of feeling stressed. I had absolutely no worries on my wedding day, even though it poured rain! I'm not even sure if there were any fires they were putting out on the day of, which to me is a sign they did an incredible job!
We booked with Amy and Aaron and it was THE best decision we made in the wedding planning process. We hired them for day-of coordination services and could not have asked for a better team. They were exceptional to work with from the start - always friendly and professional, super organized and diligent. They were our advisors and advocates in the final planning stages, reviewing all our contracts and building both a comprehensive schedule for the day and the ever important floor plan to guide all vendor set up. And when the time came for the wedding, they simply and seamlessly managed it all. From the rehearsal to the day-of they really ensured our plan came to fruition and we can't thank them enough for their calm, kind, and capable support.
Amy and Aaron created the most beautiful, unique design for our early Fall wedding. We hired them to plan and manage our wedding, as well as create and style the flowers for the ceremony and reception. We got so many compliments saying it was the most beautiful wedding people had seen and we definitely agreed. I absolutely LOVED the style and the day went very smoothly. We were the typical type A couple; asking lots of questions and always challenging the status quo. Amy and Aaron helped us get through the process, and the day, while keeping our sanity and creating beautiful memories. Thank you!!
This review is a long time coming, but we couldn't have been happier with Amy and Aaron's help. Throughout the whole planning process they were perfect partners and really got to understand our tastes and what we wanted. On the day of they were a calming presence that made everything feel completely under control. If we could go back, the only thing we would change would be to book them at a higher tier!
Aaron and Amy were excellent wedding planners. They thought of everything we needed, and had backup plans to their backup plans to make sure everything fell into place. Our wedding day was perfect and stress-free, in large part to their contribution.
Our primary goal was to make sure that no one attending our wedding - including ourselves - had to lift a finger. Amy and Aaron knew exactly what to do each step of the way: We started with a budget, where PSM accounted for everything that we could possibly want or need to spend money on; they kept us on schedule with monthly meetings and reminders; they provided us their recommended options for each facet of the wedding; they provided us gentle guidance when we strayed by over- or under-planning; and when we asserted that we wanted to go with a more expensive stationary, they understood and made it work within our budget. We also admire that Amy and Aaron are committed to sustainable planning and took steps to ensure that each facet of the wedding wasn’t wasteful. PSM also handled our floral design. Amy and Aaron exceeded every expectation we had, from the live plants around the sweetheart table, to the fantastic centerpieces, which were so good our guests picked flowers out of them and took them home. The backdrop to our ceremony that Amy constructed was absolutely beautiful. While we’d like to think of ourselves as low-key and deferential to Amy and Aaron, there were probably many things in the background that they “just took care of” without us having to intervene, which fulfilled the original goal. Aside from the professional relationship, Amy and Aaron are very kind folks who we shared nearly two years of contact with and established a bond for the purpose of celebrating love. Thank you to Amy and Aaron for making our special day easy and conducive to enjoying the moment!
