Aaron and Amy were the best Wedding planners we could have ever asked for! We got married July 2024 and they were our lifesavers. They were super reliable, communicative, and they know their stuff! We booked them for partial planning, design, day-of coordinators and floral and they absolutely killed it! Honestly having a wedding vendor that can do 4 different parts of your wedding is a must. We loved our time working with them and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. From their unwavering reliability to their exceptional communication skills, they made the entire process seamless. They’re a perfect 10/10!

Having Amy and Aaron of Perfect Storm Moments as our wedding coordinators was the smartest (and most economical!) hiring decision we could have made during our planning, and we would absolutely recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat! As a couple who felt overwhelmed by the prospect of all the details involved in a 100+ person wedding in West Seattle (with mostly out-of-town guests), Amy and Aaron put us at ease right away and knew we had found the best match for what we were looking for. They were incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and got results right away in areas that we were struggling or unfamiliar with (chair rentals, transportation, design, etc.) Their connections in the wedding and event industry cannot be understated and have been doing this for years, which allowed them to find vendors right away! Our wedding day went flawlessly thanks to Amy and Aaron's day-of magic by taking care of all the details and guiding us through the timeline. Such great memories as a result of their help and dedication.

They have creative and fun ideas, but also get down to business with contracts and picking up on the little details of your big day. Little did we know that meeting Perfect Storm Moments at the Seattle Wedding Show would be the difference between heartbreak and an unforgettable wedding day! As every bride (and mother-of the-bride) can tell you, planning a wedding in 2020 could not be a more challenging experience. While we originally enlisted Amy and Aaron as our day-of-wedding coordination team, their combined experience and expertise in the local hospitality and event planning industry guided us through many complicated and stressful decisions after our original plans went by the wayside due to Covid-19. Their knowledge of local and state rules and guidelines also proved invaluable as we downsized from a large wedding for over 150 guests to a small intimate ceremony for 20. With just 2 weeks before the big day, Amy and Aaron came up with a plan that included a lovely dinner followed by a uniquely decorated, creative and personal wedding space. We heard nothing but compliments from our guests and could not have asked for a more memorable day and experience. We are hoping to hold a larger celebration next year and look forward to working with Amy and Aaron again. Not only are they a fantastic wedding planning duo, they are very special people too!

When you start planning your wedding, Amy and Aaron of Perfect Storm Moments should be the first people you call - they are hands down the best wedding vendors you could book! We wanted a wedding day that was uniquely ours, a day that was fun and full of love, and a day that we would never forget. Amy and Aaron made that happen for us. Like many others, COVID-19 tremendously impacted our original wedding plans, leading us to reschedule four different wedding events. But with Amy and Aaron on our team, a very challenging experience was made a lot less stressful. Ultimately we landed on a destination wedding and they took care of absolutely everything; furniture rentals, decorations, communication with vendors, graphic design, RSVP management, timeline creation, navigating the ever-changing weather (and last minute tent installation), floral arrangements, and so much more. Most importantly, they made the entire experience and wedding day enjoyable and unforgettable for both my husband and myself as well as our family and friends. Words cannot describe our gratitude and appreciation for these two and the level of event expertise, support, and creativity that they provided. Not only are Amy and Aaron great event professionals, they are great friends too!

Not just a Wedding Coordinator - A Trusted Advisor & Advocate! Amy & Aaron were invaluable in our wedding journey. Not only did they help us navigate a Covid wedding, they went above and beyond their duties in every step of the way. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and there is no way we could have done it without their constant help & guidance. Both Amy & Aaron are in another league when it comes to coordination, organization, vendor relationships, and overall professionalism. I will be recommending their services to anyone needing a coordinator.

My wish for every bride and groom-to-be is that they could work with Amy and Aaron at Perfect Storm Moments! Their knowledge of events, catering, design, floral, and coordination was invaluable - they provided us with so much advice and guidance through our entire planning process. They went above and beyond to make our vision feel like a priority, no idea was too crazy, and they were super fun to work with. In the end, our wedding day went beyond our vision and exceeded expectations (something that rarely happens for a dreamer like me). The floral design they provided was stunning. They made the day flow seamlessly, provided a calm and supportive energy, and are just really great people all around. I appreciated their availability and positive attitude they demonstrated through all of our last minute questions (coming from both me and my dad), and instead of feeling like I was pestering them, it felt like I was communicating with a friend who shared in the excitement of our day.

We first booked Perfect Storm back in early 2020. After COVID, Amy and Aaron then helped us through the process of rebooking everything for the following year. In the month leading up to the wedding, they helped us with all our questions and thought of a lot of things we never would have on our own. The day-of went extremely smooth, including a lot of last-minute changes to the guest list and seating arrangements. They also did our decorations for the event. We had a tight budget for decor and they absolutely exceeded expectations. We 100% recommend them!

Amy and Aaron created the most beautiful, unique design for our early Fall wedding. We hired them to plan and manage our wedding, as well as create and style the flowers for the ceremony and reception. We got so many compliments saying it was the most beautiful wedding people had seen and we definitely agreed. I absolutely LOVED the style and the day went very smoothly. We were the typical type A couple; asking lots of questions and always challenging the status quo. Amy and Aaron helped us get through the process, and the day, while keeping our sanity and creating beautiful memories. Thank you!!

This review is a long time coming, but we couldn't have been happier with Amy and Aaron's help. Throughout the whole planning process they were perfect partners and really got to understand our tastes and what we wanted. On the day of they were a calming presence that made everything feel completely under control. If we could go back, the only thing we would change would be to book them at a higher tier!
