We were so lucky to land Paula as our wedding photographer! Our intimate family ceremony took place in an Airbnb just before Thanksgiving and we were honestly nervous about having a photographer at all since our plans had changed so many times and our family is notoriously camera shy. But the moment we met Paula, all those worries disappeared.
She was genuine, down-to-earth, completely flexible, and so easy to be around. She fit in seamlessly with our eclectic group, making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Paula captured everything we’d hoped for and more, bringing out the beauty and emotion of the day with such care and thoughtfulness.
The photos are stunning, but what we’ll always rave about is Paula’s warmth and how much she truly cared about making sure we were taken care of on our special day. We can’t recommend her enough!

Candid perfection!
Paula shot my dear friend's wedding in Colorado and we couldn't help but hire her for our NYC wedding at the Prospect Park Boathouse. From the moment we hired her, we knew we were in such good hands. She is amazing at retaining the natural, easy, and candid elements—the best elements—in her photography. She and Nik put us at ease and just felt like super supportive friends during our wedding day. They went above and beyond, joining us for our rehearsal, helping attach boutonnieres, and even giving me a hair tie when I was busy rocking out on the dance floor (lol). They scouted a perfect first look location (in a city they don't live in!!) and guided us seamlessly through the day. Our only regret is that we can't hang out all the time! Thanks, Paula and Nik :)

Paula is an extraordinary photographer and an even better human. She is unique in her capacity to capture raw emotion and human connection on wedding days. I can't recommend her enough.
Paula came highly recommended by my sister’s wedding photographer, and when I saw her website I knew that she was what I was looking for. All the beautiful candid shots, catching sweet little moments between the bride and groom. All the artistic ways of capturing movement and interacting with nature. I had no idea exactly how wonderful she would be, not knowing the pandemic was coming, when I booked her in Dec 2019.
When we decided to downsize our wedding from 200 to 20, and move up our wedding by 4 months, she was so encouraging and helped me conceptualize the events of the day. She stayed in touch. Being a COVID bride never felt hard because of her, and I was so excited leading up to our intimate little wedding.
On the big day, she has a natural way of fitting right in. The joy captured in my photos reflects exactly how comfortable we felt with her there, a bunch of people who aren’t used to being photographed. We would absolutely love to work with her again someday as our family grows. She is truly a photographer for a lifetime of milestones.

Paula is the BEST! She recently captured our wedding and previously photographed my sister's wedding and we were thrilled to have her on our team! She is seasoned, professional, and generally just fun to be around. She knows how to make everyone feel comfortable and here pictures are exceptional. We are such huge fans of Paula's work! For our wedding a few years ago, she went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, and captured the most beautiful photos. When we had a baby, we knew we wanted family pictures, and we didn't want them from anyone anyone except Paula.
Now we're spoiled, and we'll need to continue booking her for all our future memories too!

This will be the second of our daughters using Paula and her husband to capture engagement and wedding day memories. We were so pleased with them, that we were fortunate enough to hire them again. They are personable and go above and beyond to make the moment so special. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and thankful to have more beautiful pictures created by them.
