We just got married at the Howey mansion in which required us to have a day of coordinator, so we opted for the three month partial planning with RTS. As a bride I thought I was pretty detailed, organized and could do this on my own.. but there is absolutely no way our day would have been possible without Haleigh and her team. From the moment she stepped in she was always so kind and eager to help me with any questions or concerns. She advocated for us and made sure our day ran as smoothly as possible, any hiccups that occurred she solved promptly. We can’t thank you enough!

We had the most amazing experience working with Haleigh from Roots to Stems!  The wedding planning process can be so overwhelming and as much as you think you are on top of things many things can get away from you.  Haleigh was so good at keeping us up to date on what we needed to do to make for the most wonderful experience for my daughters wedding.  Day of she was PHENOMENAL at keeping the bride calm and collected and making sure that all of her wedding wishes came true!  We couldn't not have done it with out her!

We booked the full service package and Alayna and Haleigh were fantastic to work with. From the initial conversation, Alayna was excited hearing about our ideas and we knew she would have our best interests in mind. Alayna also had great vendor recommendations and it was a such an stress-free experience choosing and working with our vendors. Alayna and Haleigh are very prompt and detailed which made the entire planning process such a breeze for us. Even though the heavy rain had changed a lot of our initial ideas, Haleigh was very professional during the day and made our wedding more magical than we could have imagined. Our guests complimented us the entire night of how much fun they had, the decor, the activities and little details and that was in HUGE part due to the behind-the-scenes effort Alayna and Haleigh made to make this happen for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that Melissa coordinated. Y’all, this was the most flawlessly executed wedding I’ve been apart of, including my own. Melissa was kind, energetic, and professional. She was able to guide us and direct the flow of the wedding in such an effortless way. She made the day significantly less stressful which allowed for a lot more special moments to be had. You would be doing yourself a favor by hiring her and this company for your own event!

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to singing the praises of my wedding planner, Dani with Roots to Stems.  From day one she was personally invested in making sure our wedding day was everything we imagined.  Dani is incredibly organized and responsive in addition to being a lot of fun to work with.  She truly went above and beyond for us, and came up with a plan for our non-traditional reception that was the key to making our event a success.  I had not one ounce of stress on my wedding day because I knew with absolute certainty Dani had everything under control and understood the vision just as well-if not better-than I did.  Give yourself the gift of hiring Dani!  She is the BEST and I will be forever grateful for the crucial role she played in our special day.

I first met Alayna as a bridesmaid in my friends’ wedding, the Roots to Stems team made the whole day absolutely effortless, being newly engaged I knew that I had to have them for our future wedding.

From the intro call with Ivy, explaining my vision for an elegant, modern, Gatsby extravaganza - I felt heard & understood and actually started tossing ideas back and forth, this conversation further confirmed  that Roots to Stems just got it… we booked a Partial Planning Package 1.5 years out. Full communication with Alayna started at the 12 month mark, but that didn’t stop Alayna from reaching out and keeping us fully prepared for the planning that was about to begin. That small detail in an of itself made us feel so taken care of - so you can imagine how the rest of the year went…

Being a creative I had a vision from the beginning that was ever evolving, Alayna always saw me, listened to every idea I had and encouraging me to follow (the attainable ones LOL) through. She provided endless support, kindness, guidance, and constant advocacy to make sure my husband & I were always getting 100% of what we wanted.

Alayna’s level of communication and coordination with myself and the vendors leading up to our day was unmatched, ensuring the day would be effortless - & that’s exactly what it was.

Alayna is such a bright star and has this positivity that radiates, no matter the situation. The Roots to Stems team goes above and beyond through every stage of the process. Our day truly would not have been without you all. I will never forget this experience and am so beyond grateful for it!
