Alayna Mines is a Professional Wedding Planner, Women’s Small Business Owner, and Entrepreneur who founded both Roots To Stems (Boutique Wedding Planning & Events) and The Palm Mansion (Lake County’s historical wedding venue and gardens).   Roots To Stems Wedding Planning is a team of 13 passionate wedding planners led by Alayna, striving to thoughtfully create love stories in event form . Early in her career, Alayna focused on strategic marketing efforts for Roots To Stems, leading styled shoot campaigns with local vendors that boosted visibility and garnered community attention which tripled her companies growth in the first three years of operations. Her distinct style, a mixture of timeless elegance with a personalized flair all her own, attracted hundreds of couples wanting to incorporate classic elements with unique details tailored to their love story. Alayna still personally trains and takes an active role in her team, focusing on her unique approach to wedding planning. This concept created a force of wedding planners dedicated to creating celebrations that feel both sophisticated and intimately reflective of their couples personalities. Because of her team's deep love and connection with their clients and supportive team-like attitudes onsite, Roots To Stems quickly became a well-known player in the industry, working with some of Florida’s biggest names and seasoned veterans.
